Why is this a YouTube-only episode?

0:01 Hello, hello! Can you guys hear me? I'm solo for the first half an hour. I have had no green room Warm-up with Andrew so I'm not sure if you can hear me. Please let me know if you can. I had Microphone issues last week but I'm hoping that it's sorted this week. Good morning from San Francisco! Let's go! Glenn, what's going on? New York City! If you're new here we always ask where Tuning in from. It looks like many of you are joining via YouTube because I think we're Doing a YouTube only episode this week. So you guys jumping over from LinkedIn, let me Know if you have a different handle on YouTube, what your name is on LinkedIn. Oakland, let's

0:46 Go! Sunny Marbella, Spain. I'm very jealous, Paul. Apparently Andrew's just on his way In a cab to the hotel. He's been traveling a lot. He's over in Norwich at the moment. It's been one hell of a week in AI with the C-Dance stuff kicking off. If you've seen it in your Feed, let me know what you've seen. I've been trying to find examples that aren't just blatant IP rip-offs, to be honest, over here, and more creative storytelling because there's just so Many people using it for IP related issue stuff but it is incredible Technology to be playing around with hey you need to how's it going hey Chris

1:32 Greensboro and North Carolina let's go use a b216h haha as a crazy awesome YouTube handle I'm glad you guys are finding us easily enough through YouTube We're going to be doing some different stuff in the future. We're going to be broadcasting through Twitch and through YouTube, Through X, through LinkedIn, And then doing multi-streams through all of them as well. And we're going to be having more focused episodes as well Where we're going to be doing purely spec ads for some episodes And then maybe the occasional music video episode or short film episode. But we're going to try and split it out So that people that are really into one of those three categories

2:18 Let us know in the comments if you are someone that would like to focus on spec ads first Or music videos or short films. I think spec ads is where me and my co-founder pull the most comfortable Because we obviously run a marketing agency and so that's our daily output Whereas music videos and short films, although we really appreciate it, We don't actually do that as a client deliverable. Yeah, it looks like spec ads are definitely one that is going to be popular I think that we could get a lot more marketers involved, a lot more advertisers and marketers That are generally new to the space. I think C-Dance is going to open up a whole portal of what is capable through spec ads, And I'm really quite excited by that, to be honest with you. I did manage to grab some very quick spec ads that were made with C-Dance right before the show.

Why can't Chris post his own Seedance 2.0 tests yet?

3:09 Again, I'm not allowed to actually post any of our creations yet, Because C-Dance actually has multiple ways that you could have signed up, Or through Dreamina, which is the way we got accessed. And through the Dreamina access, we had to sign an NDA, basically, To not post about it until the 24th of February. But it turns out that if you signed up through CapCut or other means to access the tool, Then you do actually have permission to post about it before then, Which is why we're seeing some in our timelines right now. But better be sure, guys, after the 24th, when a lot more people are able to post about it, You'll see a lot more about it. Hey, how's it going? Looking forward to today's sesh. Brandon, thanks so much for tuning in. Really appreciate it.

3:55 Yes, I think ad agencies could be a sponsor. Do you know what else I'm really excited about, Glenn? I'm actually going to go and approach brands. I'm going to ask brands if they want to do a dedicated session And then we could all do spec ads for that particular brand and then give competition prizes out. And if there's any sort of other ways that you'd like to see that work, I'd love to be able to organize that for you guys. Honestly, I think, yeah, brands would be a really good idea, right? Like there are people already doing this sort of thing, like one minute briefs and other things like that. Jimmy, I know you'd love the short film competitions if we managed to get a sponsor for like short film competitions. Congrats again on last week on the feature, by the way. That's maybe one of the longest features we've ever had and it was so awesome to be able to pause it and reflect during your piece.

4:44 Thanks again for sending it through in such high quality. That was awesome. Production companies. That's a great idea, Glenn. There are multiple avenues that we could seek. Financial compensation as rewards, basically. What I also want to bake in is the idea that you're not just picking the idea and owning it. Like, you know, whatever you make wouldn't just be owned by that brand. The idea is that you go on to make a much bigger piece and gain them as a client and Etc, etc. That would be the whole idea of aligning a brand with individuals. Good morning! Oh, I love the energy of the morning. It's 4pm here so I'm lagging a little bit personally. And I was up all night with my kids who were both sick.

5:29 And yeah, so I appreciate the good morning energy. Let's go. It is kind of crazy to be able to like broadcast this to people who's uh like tuning in from California and stuff that's why I keep saying to uh Andrew it's hard to move it away from this slot Because if we did it any earlier in the day it would just be too early for certain people to Tune in and too late for others as well and look how many of them are tuning in from New York City Let's go, Lebanon in the house, let's go. Thanks so much for tuning in. Let me put your comments on the stage guys so that you can see each other's chats. What have I got to show you guys first as we're waiting for Andrew? I've seen some really, really crazy stuff.

6:17 Some of the big hitters are already being able to put out some of their C-dance stuff. I saw PJ Ace put out some teasers earlier, one of the best. Seen Uncanny Harry and others also have sent me high resolution versions of stuff that they're Being able to test and put out there. I personally think Uncanny Harry is probably my favorite of all Of them because of the backstory of how he actually made his piece. Essentially he's using A very well-known story that's actually out of copyright now because essentially it's in the Public domain because it's a very old story but I thought that was a very good idea if you don't Want to come up with a new brief for yourself as to what you could create uniquely is to use

7:05 Something that has actually run out of copyright which is a very very smart way to do something So we'll be watching that one later excited to show you guys let's have a look quickly at PJ Ace's teasers though because yeah for anyone unaware this is the sort of level of C dance I found you in a dark sky. This wild sky, and asper, and strong, That in the thought renews the fear.

PJ Ace's Seedance 2.0 teasers

8:09 Incredible again I really like the fact that he's working on original stuff and Just putting some scenes out for us as little teasers and trailers that's a Really good way to do it really really nice stuff and I can confirm after Actually using it myself that essentially this is the nano banana Moment for video guys it really is incredible and the omni reference side Of things Glenn when you get to have a play around with it you will be like Truly shocked because you can use multiple inputs like video images and Audio so you can use driving scenes you can yeah it's just it's truly really remarkable control That they've been able to achieve hey miriam what's going on yes indeed whoa whoa whoa whoa

8:57 Well well well it is pretty damn remarkable let me uh show you yes my brain hurts as well mate Having used this um I haven't felt this level of like whoa I just want to test this tool as much as Honestly Glenn so I think you're gonna be very very happy after the 24th when It's launched into the public domain and you'll be able to get access and stuff Like this then yeah I think it will be truly a remarkable year from then on out Because yeah we're gonna see a massive increase in the quality of stuff it's Truly amazing is it better than cling 3.0 I've been getting hit or miss

Is Seedance 2.0 better than Kling 3.0?

9:43 It turns out, actually, that Kling 3.0 is very good at certain things, And C-Dance 2.0 is also very good at certain things, And they don't actually overlap that much. It turns out that Kling is more on the emotional, conversational, lip-sync side of things, More successful, And C-Dance is better on the physics and the action and the sports And the things that Kling really struggles with still, And VO3 can be done with certain things as well so but VO4 update is gonna have To really come a long way in order to get to CDance 2.0 because it would have To become multimodal with audio input and other things and this Omni Reference truly is it feels like the future of prompting it's quite

10:31 Incredible I wonder if I can send you guys some screenshots of some of the Omni Reference prompts that I've been trying I can't actually show the video Produced by it but maybe I could actually share some prompts that I've been testing and stuff like This but yeah really excited for you guys to all get it it's kind of frustrating to me honestly When I have beta access to a tool that I can't actually showcase some of the clips that we're Creating and obviously you guys don't probably have access yet but just trust me when I say Keep an ear out for it and get ready to sign up to it because it's both incredibly powerful Easy to control if you know what you're doing with the prompting and yeah it's Gonna really up the game on that note let's watch some more incredible work

Apex by the Dor Brothers

11:20 That's been submitted to us the door brothers have just been absolutely Everywhere if you haven't seen it on your feed I'd be very surprised because Everyone seems to be resharing their recent stuff with C dance and it's kind Of awesome honestly it truly is like a whoa moment let's watch their piece Apex I'm really busy can you get Sophia today what no I have a meeting I can't oh shit fine I'm Reporting what is being called a geomagnetic storm this is a phenomenon caused by a massive As it comes available stay tuned to this channel

12:56 Sophia! Mom! I'm on my way. I need you to hide. Get underground.

13:49 Let's go! No! No! No! No! No! No! No! No! No! No! No! No! No! No! No! No! Good morning, Sleeping Beauty!

14:38 President on the phone we have her I'll be right there now it is indeed mission Possible and yes it is AI and I also got goosebumps and I've been watching that I've seen some hilarious comments by the way like, was the background VFX AI but the woman was a real actress? And all of this in the threads about this on X and LinkedIn and other places. Kind of hilarious that people are now in this having to question things.

15:26 But the continuity from frame to frame, it's just insane. It's actually it's actually just like such a huge jump basically yeah it's Really really cool I just sent over to the door brothers that we were watching Them live and away for them to join so we may see them jump into the green room Really pretty cool which would be pretty sick if you've got any questions about How that was made or anything else like that then start preparing them just in Case they do drop in I don't expect them to obviously but you never know but yeah it is Insane guys like it's truly insane to see where C dance is compared to other things oh my god look

Yonatan Dor drops into the green room

16:13 Who's just dropped into the green room holy hell he's here oh my god guys I told you he might drop In and here he is what the hell how you doing man what's going on man thank you so much for joining Appreciate it. Thank you for having me. Man, we just watched your piece and it's been everywhere. You know, I've even seen in the threads of people saying, was the woman real? Uh, but the VFX Background was AI. And then I saw you show the character sheet, you know, of the angles that You created for her. And it's just mind blowing dudes. Like it's just truly mind blowing where We are now and the fact that you're pumping these out so quickly as well like just nuts right let me

17:01 Show you my screen you want to see some of the people with all the fun oh yes please oh my god Can you do that hey yeah hopefully you should be able to share the screen as a co-host yeah let me Just close all of my text documents on the screen guys look who's just dropping into the show I'm So that was the reference series that we made. Look at this! I recommend to anybody who's going to use this game in the near future To use character sheets and not like a face shot or something. You really want to have all the angles because, you know, If you're probably running or jumping or whatever, You want to make sure it knows how it looks like on every angle. You can do that. Here's Kash Patel.

Why character sheets beat a face shot

17:47 Why not? I couldn't believe how real you got Kash Patel and Donald Trump to look as well. Like that is truly remarkable in those closing scenes. But just like the, you know, the camera flying through And the Cybertruck staying so like consistent And stuff like that, it's, look at this guys, We're getting a back end look at all of the clips. We opened the editing timeline, Once the clip, we just have to close another project We're working on here, we have some crazy things coming This week, I have no idea. I appreciate this exclusive look into it honestly it's really it's really appreciative guys Just to be able to look at like the way that they're producing stuff and no I was saying just before you joined like a lot of people here are not obviously in the CPP for CapCut or Dramini yet

18:36 So we're trying to do all of the prep work and that character sheet tip is a very very good one Start making folders guys, you know of character sheets and all of your other assets that you want to use ready for Omni reference is just truly incredible. What are you finding best works for you? First and last or Omni reference or like what's the best way to work? I'll show you a few slides and I'll explain. But this is how the timeline looks like. You can see here it's not press the button and everything. Type of situation. Right. And there's tons of manual work involved. You see the little fade of the audio. I added a lot of posts here as you can see.

Inside the Apex edit: hidden joins and a third hand

19:23 That's awesome. Are you prompting it for no music? Because I keep getting music in my generation, so I'm adding a little dash dash no music thing. Is that working for you? It kind of helps, yeah. It sometimes silences the music. So here you can see for example this was a frame to frame, so there was the last frame here and that was the first frame. Wow. You see the car crash here. And then you know I added some like, clicker on the blue step lights here to hide the position here. Yeah. Cause you see like, if you go here you see that the discussion doesn't really match. Yeah that's amazing. So I just always reflect on the right hand.

20:12 Then I put up this wall of it to give the illusion that the light is. What else we got? I'll be showing you some other shots we didn't use. What's going on here? Haha, the B-roll, yeah. A lot of cool stuff. Oh, wow. I made a few of those shots, but this felt a bit too strange. I have tons of shots with those aliens. The cool one. She's too chill, but this is new. Wow. And that's the point that people are saying, like, why is this pilot like an electromagnetic storm?

21:02 It's obviously not an electromagnetic storm, it's fucking aliens. Oh man that's brilliant. Look at this oh my god like the physics of the car flipping it looks real The smashing look it's just it's unfathomable a year ago isn't it when we were messing around With vo2 and things to think that we'd be here now already it's no that was a good jump this bottle was Significant oh look at this this was really impressive this was one of the things that Blew my mind so you see the original shop she has three hands yeah and then I was like I was like can I edit this to remove her hand I was like no way like recognize the third hand

21:54 So it does what runway aleph does as well it does like in painting for like removing oh wow That's so smart. I haven't tried that yet. And you know when you remake, it gives you really crappy audio. You don't use the original audio, but then you're video-fire. Yeah. What else we got here? We have a bunch of those shots. And you see, like, this is what, for example, this is the shot I got here. This thing. This is like the raw shot. Good morning, Sleeping Beauty. Yeah, I think it's not this one. It's this one. And you see I cut this out, this guy was in the wrong place, but also her computer here Wasn't correct, so I just cut it from here. Good morning, Sleeping Beauty.

22:41 On the phone. And you see he just said on the phone here. Cut that out as well. Yeah. And then I have a bunch of... I actually did a jump shot once And I flipped it I don't know why Because I don't think he would use his left hand I don't know if I flipped it to have his right hand on his floor Hey mate What's going on Andrew? Hey everyone I'm hearing an echo Oh yeah sorry it's probably me I've got you coming out of my speakers Oh okay cool that's better Yeah I'll turn it down We were just watching the Doar Brothers piece Into the studio and give you a behind the scenes so we were looking at the project file and uh Man it answers so many questions honestly about in painting and all of the other stuff like it's

23:34 I think it's truly amazing that you can now do that for in painting the same tool you know I missed it I missed I missed that I'll I'll check it on the yeah yeah we'll watch it on the rerun Hey how you doing you're right good man we never talked about it's a pleasure to meet you here He's my co-host. I should have said that he was dropping in. He was just traveling all over the place at the moment, Aren't you, mate? And you just got in, literally. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Just literally pulled in. Yeah. I just want to give you a little update to kind of maybe Inspire everyone a bit. Since the video dropped, it was 20 million views. We have like 3,000 emails. We got 32 movie deal offers. We have 25 top ace celebrities asking for movies.

20 million views and 32 movie deal offers

24:22 Crazy so you know it's not to brag about what we're doing but it's just to say this market is Starting now like there's business all over the place getting crazy it's truly inspiring it's not Bragging at all it's truly inspiring because you've built your way to this place you know keeping on Top of all of the previous tools and you're so prolific it's it's ridiculous mate I was like How are you pumping these out as quick as you are but you're ready you're agile you're you're jumping On it and I'm so glad to see it take off in the way it did because it's obviously like the secret Trick is right yeah you gotta sleep two hours a day man less sleep yeah Well when you were sending me the sync error pieces I was just like whoa this is so next level

25:09 And then obviously you were building um the apex one as well at the same time I guess and then you Had both of them ready to go and you know what's super incredible is like you had another really Good video to back that one up so as this one's doing the rounds I'm seeing it everywhere everybody's Instagram reels everybody's x threads everybody everywhere and then you've got the next one ready To go you know it's like it's truly incredible man and you deserve what we're going to drop this Weekend another level man I don't know how anyone expects to keep up it's actually quite uh daunting For other people that must be thinking Like, well, what do we do? First, they don't have access. Second, they don't have the ideas. It's a perfect deal, you know, one or two weeks And everybody's going to have it.

25:55 If you're on top, Then it's a keep on saying, look, This is the standard. Everyone's got to reach that. I remember AC once said, I've got now, I don't care who's got next. Right now, you have now. Just do the whole thing. Tight guys I think you gotta catch them all I think a big thing about this industry is You know timing and efficiency like it's all about you gotta be first and you gotta be quick And it's not about a race to the bottom you know you gotta be first but don't sell your Quality just to be the best idea still wins and what's remarkable is that you have such unique Ideas so quickly I actually was talking to uncanny harry I don't know if you talked to him He's amazing, right? I love him and

26:41 He basically made this piece that is based on a copyright free Thing because it's run out of copyright because it's a very old story He put this piece out called the Betrothed I think it's called so let's quickly watch it So I think this is a great idea though I said to him actually all the IP infringing stuff like the Marvel stuff and everything I'm seeing right now my timeline Because you're using a story that already exists. It's already made, the story. You're just putting a visual narrative to it, But it's a very friendly one to do Because it's out of copyright, Because it's in the public domain now. So I haven't seen that used yet. And let me know what you think, Andrew. This must be your first time watching it, right? This will be a real reaction. If you've got a balance, you're on a spin.

27:26 I'm gonna jump out before we go, But I just wanna finish by saying, I think Harry's gonna be the Guy Ritchie Of the AI industry, so. I agree and I think you're gonna be this new thing. You're gonna be this like I don't know where to picture you really. It's Tarantino is where I always thought of you when I thought the action and stuff like that. So Anyway, thank you guys for having me and have a great day. Hey legend for dropping in. Thank you so much. Really appreciate it Take care Mate just getting the absolute like legends dropping in the most viral moment the most viral man of the moment is dropping in Love it I love it you know that's this is what this show is about you know playing great great I call it music but the ads oh sorry the the content great ai content got great guests got

28:18 A great community you know we're onto a winner here we are onto a winner and I was saying earlier By the way and it seemed like a lot of people agreed with me that we're going to have more Dedicated episodes so that we can get a fan base for each one you know I.e doing a whole episode On music videos and then a whole episode on short films. And then we can sort of, you know, Those that are really hardcore into each of those audiences Can tune in knowing, oh, it's going to be two hours of spec ads. And, you know, I think that will work really well. We want to focus mostly on spec ads Because obviously we're a creative agency offering that. We don't offer music videos or short films or anything like that. So it's definitely more on brand for us as well to do something like that. So, yeah, get your spec ads in with us, guys. Seedance is going to change the game when it comes to spec ads.

A football club ad made mostly in Seedance

29:04 Like you wouldn't believe actually how much C dance is gonna change the game for spec ads. I will show you why I'm out.

30:13 Oh yes is that real or is that just the spec that's uh real as in it's a real you know commission Thing and it's using some real footage I believe the outro shots with the footballers are real Content but all of the vfx you know like the 75 of the beginning is all c dance yeah wow that's Crazy but also the fact that it got commissioned as well I know and by a smaller sort of cup this Is where we're at it's like smaller clubs now could afford to have amazing vfx reels that only The giant clubs could ever afford previously you know so the game is now open much more wide for Lots of people to fill in that gap you know if you're looking for gen ai work and you really Love football or sports why don't you contact your local club saying look I can bring you like

31:01 Massive vfx bud hollywood pipelines like you've just got to give me a decent budget and trust that I can do it and let me work with your assets then oh my god let me go make sure you can back it up As the brand exactly yeah see you and you're just this tiny little team so make sure you can back It well I'm going to show you guys some amazing tests that we've been submitted because like I Said we don't have actual permission to actually post about our stuff until the 24th so I'm gonna Obviously oblige by the um agreement that I signed with them but others that who are on the CapCut Side of things they don't actually have this uh like inability to post about it so we've had Stefan who's one of the awesome creators that I met over in Adobe uh shout out to Adobe still

Stefan's Seedance 2.0 emotion test

31:47 Wearing the merch thank you if you give me free merch I'll wear it he was testing C-dance for the Emotion capabilities you know laszlo last week gal the spanish by the way tldr mate he doesn't speak Spanish yeah he said yeah he he barely speaks it and I was like that blows my mind even more Like it just makes it like how did you reference everything via native speakers and like work like That I just couldn't believe it I was like you've got to no apparently not yeah that is crazy that Apparently not yet but he's gonna come on the show and um because of the vietnam time difference Where he's living at the moment uh we're gonna probably pre-record it as a like clip and then

32:33 Play it during the show as opposed to him coming actually on the show but yeah excited to get some Like behind the scenes from him maybe even some collabs with him because he's so talented every Video he hits like just slaps I think we might have to contact stefan as well after this one to Be honest because this is his third feature in three weeks and every single one of these is Laughing as well.

33:38 No, please. Please! I'm sorry.

34:37 I'm sorry. Now it's payback time.

35:29 How cool is that? It's really good. Someone in the comments said great facial expression. That's what I thought. The bit when she was screaming and then looking at her town office and just being bombed. Exactly. Amazing. The emotions. Yeah, the emotions. The other thing I thought was really good was there was this bit when she was just about to jump in the plane. And she ran and then stopped and then ran and stopped so I'm looking at that and I'm thinking How did they want that was it to say run and then stop then run and stop or did they just say run And then it just done it itself work out it knows what's been going on in the scene and this would Be the best thing to the well as we just saw from the door brothers the problem solving can go

36:17 Whichever way they make it work like he was just showing us how he was using flickering lights to Make it so that the first and last scene were not you know visible between two gaps basically And again that's like a post-production technique and I guess we'd have to ask the author each time Wouldn't we like how did you get over because you've you've noticed it there I would have asked The same question too like how did you elongate this scene and hopefully he'll come on or maybe Even join in the chat I just sent him a message to say that we're watching your piece so if he You know otherwise we'll get relay that question to him I tell you what one of the answers is they May and it's a great segue for another video that I pulled but this one's not AI related A lot of people have been asking me you know what is the best skill that you could currently have In the sea dream sea dance sort of era and even though sea dance is really good at multi-shot and

Why editing to the beat is the skill to learn now

37:10 Can do a lot of the editing if you're really good at editing like I'm going to show some examples Ridiculous at editing now right you just wouldn't believe what you can make things look like and how Much you can fit into one minute so each one of these pieces back to back is going to be hundreds Of clips edited to a beat in each in each case and it just shows each one the power of the editing Let's watch them Here it is, baby. Your killer track.

38:17 And action Nuts, huh? You know what? I think because this hotel reception is not great Because it kept on sinking. I saw the first 10 seconds And then literally the end bit. So I missed the whole thing. Oh, that's annoying. I got the gist of it, As in like using it for the music,

39:02 For the editing. And what I saw was ridiculously good. Yeah, fair enough, mate. Like really really fast scenes like if if you guys were seeing it with buffering Let me know as well I was just closing some stuff down and syncing my Headphones so it might have connected made an issue let's watch another one And then see if you can actually see it but yeah it's editing to the beat mate It's truly if music videos were made more like this it would be truly Astonishing to see some AI music videos that looked like this.

40:03 The tree and you, you fall for some black, that's my M.O. at the beat of that shit I'm fucked up, tore down, I'm twisted, or not, talk stupid, off with your hand Oh my God, Becky, look at her butt Don't you? You already know though, you only live once, that's the bottom We bout it every day, every day, every day Like we're sitting on the bench, but we don't really play Every day, every day What anybody say can't see him Cause the money in the way real What's up, what's up Oh my god Same thing happened again I did it, oh I'm sorry mate I saw the beginning bit and I was like wow This is great, yeah So yeah it must be me cause I've got

40:50 I'm in a hotel and you know In the hotel some, like if you want to get Super fast internet it's like 50 pounds Yeah, yeah, yeah And my phone doesn't have good reception For tethering so yeah fair enough the videos I won't be able to watch but Yeah yes one in the chat can watch it that's that's I'm telling you mate it's unbelievable This editing I mean what are they actually feeding these editors you know I'm seeing these Comments and stuff like and sheesh is the exact right uh reaction there brian it really is like I will watch one more and then they're only a minute long but I gathered these on the basis Of just like, oh my god, if we could see some more of this sort of editing in the AI space, I think it would really stand out. Now, it does like, you know, it kind of tells its own story,

41:40 But it also makes the story lacking because it's so fast paced. You know, when you watch on replay, Mate, you'll see it's like literally cuts every half a second, like on the beats and stuff. So It's kind of like what they've done is they've got the transient of the beat, they've got the Audio waveform they've seen where the kick and the snare and the major like percussive hits are And then they're cutting like you know video samples to fit exactly these uh like it's like It's like building to the audio yeah yeah and I saw the bit when the guys were playing table tennis It was like yeah like on the beach that was my favorite that's why I got this whole series was That exact table tennis moment and I think that's marty supreme that's winning all the awards by the

42:25 Yeah, Timothy, Timothee Charlemagne. Yeah, it's really really good apparently. He did that collaboration with SD kid Who's that like Liverpool rapper and stuff which built up hype for the movie really really smart marketing? Maybe we'll use that as a case study actually because they did incredible marketing case study in the marketing show Anyway, here's the last edit guys just to like give you some inspiration for you editors out there Or any aspiring editors if you get anything close to this guys, he'll be in the money Up for two super villains oh you're a villain all right just not a super one you must be the dragon Warrior so I've heard finally someone who knows how to have a little

43:17 Your Chi is strong. Just like your friend, the bug. Mantis! Yes, you have a new favorite. So where is this, Poe? Did I scare him off who denied me my guest Probably helped that they really picked a fire beat to edit to each time as well as to me picking

44:03 It um it was some weak ass beat that they'd edited it to showcaseable but that's some crazy stuff It's got to be a good beat as well. You know, it just makes the story better. Yep. Anyway, I alluded to the fact that we were going to watch Uncanny Harry's piece. And this is the piece that's based on royalty-free, Out of, you know, basically in the public domain now, Because it's over 150 years old or something like that. I think copyright, if anyone knows anything about it, Basically in each country, I think you have a certain amount of years That you can copyright for. And legally, this one has come out into the public domain now. Is a story that really exists and it's kind of like a you know Greek tale or a mythical Tale or something like that. I'm not going to tell you too much about it because I just

Uncanny Harry's public domain sea epic

44:49 Want you to, if you don't know this story, be amazed by what Uncanny Harry was able to Do here. And if you do know this story, you know, how accurate is it and how good do you Think the visuals are? Let's watch it. Lady Ashfield, I had hoped to find you here. Mr Thornfield, you should be inside. It's not safe on deck tonight. I am utterly smitten. Every moment away from you feels wasted. Please, don't say these things. Amelia, have I misread your feelings?

45:35 Forgive me, you haven't misread anything. That's what makes this unbearable. Then what stands between us? I am promised to... To something you won't understand. Then I beg you. Help me understand. My family's wealth comes with a price. I am betrothed to the Lord of Ria... Whatever hold your family has, you can break free. Start a new life with me in America. We could be happy. Do you know why I've spent these five days with you? To know what it felt like to be loved. Marry me, Amelia.

46:26 The hole is breached! Every man for himself! The dreamer has awakened. What are your orders, Captain? Sound the alarm. Abandon ship. Stay close to me. Keep calm, women and children first! There's something in the water! Amelia!

47:11 Amelia! God have mercy on us! We are!

48:35 Crazy wow yeah I thought it was gonna be the titanic and then she's just gonna Lie on one of those like boats and stuff but yeah that was great I loved how the VFX shots even kept in the same style, because it wasn't a photorealistic Sort of style, but the monster actually did look sort of like, wow, just truly, it's an exciting Time. Knowing that C-Dance can take whatever style you give it as your first frame or omni-reference Image and really match that and do lip sync. You can add audio. It was consistent audio, Consistent characters consistent style like oh man and that was put together within a few days

Should Google be worried about Seedance 2.0?

49:21 You know that is crazy um if I was google right now and my if I didn't have something like this Ready I would be very worried I would too mate because we actually saw the trend buck with this One and for those that are unaware every single new model update we ever got would come with no 2 it was like oh it doesn't have first and last frame yet it doesn't have this and that yet because Every new update came with a featureless version that would go 0.1 0.2 0.3 0.5 and then roll over But each time it went up it would gain all of the original features but c dance came out of the gate With not only everything that was previously there but a load of stuff we've never seen before as

50:08 Well like omni reference so it's truly setting a new bar for releases I will say it was a bit of A weird rollout with the cap cut and germina and the sort of like confusion of how people to access It but the hype is like so big for a reason you know guys we're not like over hyping it because It's like trust me you know I'm using it all of the time now and just thinking nothing's close To this anymore like cling 3.0 has some good stuff for emotions and some control there but When it comes to you know scene creation and action and vfx cdance is leagues above so yeah If google vo4 hasn't come with all of the bells and whistles and the standard and the consistency

50:54 And to match all of that it's a very high bar it's actually really high now even for google Like to match that is actually going to be a tough one if they haven't got anything ready Right now because it's it seems to be the because v03 and 3.1 and 3.2 was like the standard Now this has gone not just a little bit not even equal not even just a little bit but it seems to Have gone quite a high bar above so yeah I can imagine the team at google like if nothing is Ready then it's like right we got to get something ready but there I can see them releasing something In the next couple of weeks they have they'll have to they'll have to do something to to come Back and if they don't it's because I don't think they're ready I don't think that's good I agree

51:40 And it's going to be like you said very hard to do it because how do you match the multi-modality And all of the like omni reference and everything else because in the past what happened was can Remember when runway added that um ability to motion motion brush it was called and rory had That viral piece everyone got motion brush right after that because it proved so popular that it Was either add it or everyone lose lose it to runway you know and so now omni reference is a Thing every single ai video company is going to be scrambling in their back end going how the hell do We build this thing and how can we get it working at the same level otherwise we're screwed guys No point. It's going to be very, very difficult. Now, I've seen some really great creative examples, actually, that, like I said, if you have the CapCut access, you can post about this.

A grandmother's wedding photos in Seedance

52:28 So it's not for us to be able to post about it because we access via Dreamina, but those with CapCut access can actually post about it. And one of the people that I really love who's in a group that I'm now in called Paige Piskin, she's an incredible creator on LinkedIn where no doubt most of you found us, even though everyone's tuning in through YouTube this week. Go and check out her latest post because she told me and uh via her post copywriting as well That she's been adding photos of her grandmother's wedding and stuff into sea dance just to see what Would come out you know an omni reference prompt of 15 seconds you can add like up to 10 images And video and audio so it's an interesting use case isn't it to like go through like stuff you've Got like family photos and stuff just to see how real it would keep to it and she said you wouldn't

53:18 Believe when she showed her grandma how real it seemed to her so check this out Isn't that amazing Crazy it's like one of the things that I love creative people when they get these tools because No one's thought of that everyone's doing ip infringing battle scenes and this and then she's Like how can I upload my grandma's photos to give her a real crazy awesome experience and so that's You know a beautiful thing to do and a really creative showcase for us so thank you page that's

54:05 Amazing I can I can see it a lot of like magazines might have classic issues and it's like right how Can we bring it to life now I can see that or I can also see magazines saying right with this New technology maybe we can have a new magazine but also at the same time have a video that matches The magazine so where all before it was like there's no point even thinking about that because It's just going to cost too much exactly that's you just nailed it mate anything that was like uh I would love to do that but it would be too costly I'd have to get too many people involved I'd have To manage it an agency doing it or whatever now you can just chuck it in and see what it comes out With and if you really like it you can build it up into something bigger and better and but you

54:51 Can wow people with just one prompt now that's what's truly weird is I think it's the first time Ever where I can drop in just one prompt with 15 seconds of output and it have multiple cut scenes And be a whole spec ad you know quite literally an opener a storyline a quick twist and a closer With the brand logo and everything truly weird and nuts times crazy crazy crazy but I know What is good is that they've bought because they've bought this out now this now has to be the Standard it does so that's the bar yeah it's the new bar now what I think I'm just waiting on the Price it's very affordable I can tell you it is very affordable in fact actually the deal right

How cheap is Seedance 2.0?

55:38 Now is so ridiculously affordable that it's gonna have to make google think again because it's about One month of access to google will get you one year of access to sea dance that's that's the The book the bomb that's been dropped because they're my money so that's the thing friend friend Of the show tim simmons who's definitely more technical than me and he dropped into the show Last week you know theoretically media tim a legend on youtube and hopefully going to come On the show in the future he's been giving me the sort of like inside baseball about how cheap They've done it and how interesting so here's something that's going to blow your mind because I couldn't believe it was real. He said training data in the future might be irrelevant.

Will AI video models need training data at all?

56:26 And the answer to how and why that might be the case is that apparently Seed 2.0, Which is Seedance's LLM, is capable of doing GPT-5 levels LLM stuff at one hundredth of the cost. So what would happen in your video prompt is that when you give a prompt to Seedance, Its LLM will browse the internet for the references you're talking about and actually watch them on the fly whilst creating your thing without ever having to ingest training data or be trained on it at all. Because they've got the LLM so efficient that that could be a part of the token. It's just browsing, you know, like we do, go to the cinema, watch something, get inspired and then make something else.

57:15 And then why is copyright going to be when LLMs are browsing the internet like agents? Know but it blew my freaking mind to think about that like an ai with no training data just the Ability to browse the internet just browse the internet and then yeah that's crazy that is crazy And also as you said a hundredth of the of the cost yes that's the true breakthrough with all Of the chinese tech is the efficiency gains it's not the ability to get above gpt5 it's to do it at One hundredth of the cost of the cost which will annoy a lot of the western world because it'll be Like now you're messing with my money well it will certainly annoy a lot of investors in ai Companies I don't know if you've seen but software is down 85 across the board it's insane there's a

58:03 Really since the new sort of massive coding agents have come out and stuff there's a lot of wariness From ai investors about whether software is going to be something that people still subscribe to in Adobe and things like that everything you know it's much bigger than just adobe like I mean adobe Is like creative tools which are hard to get an agent to recreate but yeah you know you think I think it's stuff like yes think of stuff like crms and stuff like that you know like An agent could essentially build one on the fly host it for you locally and you wouldn't need to Subscribe to someone else's that's what I've done I've built my crm with an agent and using google Ships yeah that's what I'm saying like so there's a there's a probably a justified you know reflection

58:49 Of the stock market let's say because software was booming and then suddenly now there's this Like question mark about all software in general about whether it's going to be something that we Continue to pay for in a subscription or whether we buy it outright again like we used to or whether We just have agents build it for us um it's gonna be a really really crazy couple of years because Software underpins so many businesses now you know because it's the most it's the most efficient and Most revenue easy revenue you know it's like 80 profit margins or something on most software Companies it's ridiculous margins so it's going to be one of the most like crazy times to see us All just building our own tools on the fly for whatever we need them for and having the security

59:35 Of hosting them locally on our own devices. And, you know, not even powering them via the cloud AI. If you buy a Mac Mini, you can literally run it locally, You know, with the Apple Silicon that's in the Mac Mini, apparently. So that's why Mac Minis are selling out everywhere, Right at the same time that the software market's crashing. It's really, really crazy. Apple will be in a good position because they're the hardware. They're in the hardware space. So maybe that's their play. Stay in the hardware game. Well, as well as the hardware game, so two inside baseball stories on the agents is the guy that built the one that, you know, went crazy. You know, the one he's gone. No, he's going to open AI. I mean, yeah. So yeah, open AI. Yeah. Yeah.

1:00:20 But that man is guy got bought into meta. So yeah, the two biggest agent creators have both been snapped up by the two biggest AI companies. And suddenly you're like agents is the service is going to be a few months away but you can do it Right now open source locally on your own you don't need to wait for them so how they're going To productize that and make it better for us I don't know but hardware may be one of those answers Mate as you said johnny ive is working with open ai isn't he the legendary apple designer so he may Well be thinking of a device you could own that runs your llm and builds your software or whatever Apple released yesterday a three-prong attack based on wearables. They've got the earphones. They've got the glasses. There was something else. I can't remember what the last one was, but there was three things.

Will smart glasses ever replace the phone?

1:01:08 And it was almost like they wanted to connect everything with the earpods Or the AirPods and the glasses because they're getting into the glasses space. I can't remember what the last one was. When you play the next video, I'll have a look. But that's kind of their hardware play and connecting AI with it. And a lot of people, so I was watching this thing with Gary Vaynerchuk as well, talking about glasses. Here's my issue with the glasses. And let us know in the chat what you think about this. Or if you wear glasses. I don't wear glasses. So for me to put glasses on, it's a friction. So I'm not used to it. I feel funny wearing glasses. Obviously, sunglasses, I'll wear it if it's sunny. But for me to then go from not wearing glasses to put glasses on and walking around with glasses,

1:01:55 Because I've never had to wear glasses, Which means it's friction. So if it's something like a phone, it's different Because I don't have to carry it around with me. I can put it in my pocket or in my bag and stuff. So there's a big bet on the glasses And maybe it will work, But I just think they have to get over the friction. Now, if you do wear glasses, what happens? Do you have to take those ones off? Is it going to come with a lens? Would you want that? So yeah, it'd be interesting to see, But I know that a lot of money is going in the glasses space. Yeah well we made an episode didn't we talking about how clever it was that meta and ray-bans Had collabed because the fashion side is so important you know because if it's sunglasses As you said if it's not prescription then they need to look cool the problem with them has been So far that they're so bulky and for non-glasses wearers it's not just like putting a pair of

1:02:42 Glasses on it's like putting uh you know a device on your head like because it it has all these Chips and stuff that make it really bulky and weigh your ears down and so yeah it's I wonder What will be that device many people bank on the sort of smart watch others go on the earpiece Some go on the like you know the glasses obviously we've seen the pin that failed miserably yeah um Everyone's trying different like hardware to displace this phone but the phone as you said Is like it's very the innovation in smart I saw a phone that's a fold-out triple smartphone now that You can become an ipad it's basically yeah and now that is so good that the bendable glass has been Like three years in like millions of dollars of r d that now it's like the phone of choice in much

1:03:34 Of asia you know and uh we don't see it as much over here in the west but like it's going to be Dollars that goes into the innovation of smartphones yeah you know as also I think there's Going to be a cultural thing as well yes I remember when flip phones like flip phones They never really took off in the uk it never really became massive and I remember going to Japan in 2004 and flip phones were everywhere and and talking to people like how we would talk now Was a normal thing there as not talking video talking was normal in 2004 when I went where Talking to someone really to me didn't really happen big in the western world I the uk especially until whatsapp really whatsapp and and and um um the apple as well

1:04:28 I don't think it really took off where it became a norm where that's 20 plus years later so I think Cultural thing will be as well oh sorry wearables not just glasses I think it'll be a cultural thing As well some countries will adapt to it immediately some won't oh definitely and and the hot countries Will take all of the sunglasses you know and then other countries will take the just normal See-through prescriptions and stuff like that but um you remember when google glasses came out about Five years ago and the world just wasn't ready it feels like the world's definitely a lot more ready Now with all of this generative technology and augmented reality added a great comment here though Privacy is going to be a massive issue people already have raised concerns about when they go To beauty treatments where the tech was wearing the glasses and possibly recording I'll make a

1:05:16 Prediction about this I really hate those pendants you know that are always on and just recording 24 7 those ai ones I think that's so intrusive and I think that countries will adopt this idea of A bleeping like light to show that you're recording or something like that um on the glasses it'll Have to be externally facing um so that people are aware you know that this is actually being Recorded because yeah essentially that's just not cool you know if you if you've got secretive Recording going on without letting people be aware I think it'll be a legal requirement to Make people aware that you are recording and stuff and did you hear what um meta announced I think It was this week or it might have been yesterday that with their glasses you will be able to do

1:06:01 Facial recognition so if I'm wearing glasses it will tell me this is chris branch and this is Scary and they at first I thought oh because it was a rumor at first and then they confirmed it Which basically means so that's where it starts becoming oh that's really really bad because Cambridge cambridge analytica imagine that data dump where someone's been collecting the faces Suddenly the information gets hacked it's just it's incredibly uh bad information to be able to Leak so like yeah that's the problem with all of this and we're gonna experience this more and more In the future of all tech by the way guys it's gonna become more personalized and therefore more Interesting to us but more intrusive you know the reason it gets more personalized is it knows more

1:06:49 About you and then that data is stored somewhere and if it stores somewhere not on your laptop Then it's hackable by anyone probably and the more places it's stored the more hackable you are The more privacy you're going to get invaded it's truly inside I don't I'm not jealous of my friends That work in cyber security in the next five years I can tell you that especially with all these vibe Coded apps that have no security whatsoever you know they build everything vibe coded including The security it turns out so that it could just be literally like leased overnight instantly is Yeah it's uh crazy times anyway let's get into some spec ads guys like I said make more spec ads Especially when you get c dance access we want to see your spec ads because we're going to have

Planet Earth's one wish spec ad

1:07:35 Pure shows of just spec ads this one I thought what a brilliant concept I haven't seen anything Like this this may be one of the best concepts of the year but I'm not going to give you any Information about it because with all spec ads it's about the twist it's about what it you know Then I'd be ruining it. So let's go. If planet Earth could ask for just one wish, what would it be? I'm just so scared of being alone.

1:08:23 A cheer for you my darling we can't fix everything that's wrong with our planet But we can leave a smaller footprint Wow I like that one you have to send me that one was that very very good commissioned or Was that just someone like a I think that was just a pure spec ad but um again I'll have to Look in for more information on that if anyone knows any more information I was gathering these So shortly before the show you would not believe this week so yeah I I'm just getting remarkable Pieces I see and uh I'm seeing some silly stuff too you know in the spec ad domain what's crazy

A ramen brand's monster ad

1:09:11 About it is it can just be silly. This one I saw in an Asian social media platform where obviously They've had C dance for a few more weeks more than us but yeah I just thought even if you own a small Little like corner shop or a ramen brand as it turns out for this one you know you can do stuff like this.

1:10:10 Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Your brand for social media you know like within half a day's work that would have been maximum for One person with c dance and visual character of the monster you know every scene looks good and It's very smart to not have him talking because that's the proper issue right now you need to Use an 11 labs voice and get snippets for 15 seconds and upload it each time and it's not

1:10:58 The best lip sync so just having him do grunts and stuff is a great little problem solve yeah I think what will happen with AI to make it acceptable by a lot of people mainstream who's not into it like we are, I think it's going to be those animations or the unbelievable stuff, which will need VFX usually. I think as an industry, if we started bringing in videos of real people or AI people, but real people could have easily done that, that's where what I'm seeing is a bit of a backlash. When you start bringing in the animation first just to see what's possible then I think more People will be acceptable like how we are to other stuff but that video that advert there was brilliant

1:11:43 I really like that really I know and it's just like it didn't have a great story it was just a Bit of fun but you know the daily I I said to paul this when I was on a call catching up with him Yesterday I was like social media has become so demanding hasn't it you have to show up every day You have to have a different piece of content like you're some sort of machine that has the ability To make daily ideas about your brand or something like that just to stay relevant and so it's become Almost ridiculous to the point where humans can't possibly think to keep doing that if it's not your Full-time job as a social media manager and run a business and do other things and stuff you know so Ai really steps in there because you're able to make very watchable stuff with a lot less time And effort and money and make it on a regular basis you know like prolific so

1:12:34 I think that's why regular creators are worried about it mate is the fact that You can spend so little time doing something that looks so astonishing as Its output whereas they have to do you know a lot more of the hours and normal Creation of content and so they're having to compete with now this flux of People that will be able to make amazing things yeah but I mean that's just the reality of it Isn't it it's where we're at the last two videos that you played uh flory eight said about the Earth one earth is beautiful too bad for the popular uh too bad it's populated completely Agree yeah and that guy d or that guide uh said about the beautiful colors in that last one that's What I actually thought, especially when it went from the winter to the summer.

1:13:23 Yeah. That's Eric, I think. That's Eric. Oh, okay. Cool, cool, cool. Yeah, yeah. And the work is still in the smart and engaging, and it has to be, you know, it can't just Be slop 2.0. That's the thing is, it's going to look amazing. Like, slop is going to look incredible, but it is still slop. You know, if it doesn't make sense, if it isn't doing something productive, if it's Not actually helping you build a business or advertising your brand or it is just essentially Slop if you just have yourself like I'm not immune to it because I make myself doing some crazy Things and it's just for fun you know but then there's the whole what are we actually trying to Achieve you know like verena said it best didn't she she's like be very careful what you consume And what you put out into the world because it will come back to you it's the echoes of social

Smart over slop

1:14:09 Media smart over slop yes that's exactly the way to say it and uh we're here to promote the smart And it doesn't necessarily show up through the social algorithms so this may not necessarily Hit your fees you know it's actually much harder to find the smart because the slop gets right to The top it's all the engagement all the hate all the everything like I said I'm not immune to a bit Of slop because I think it's just it's like memes you know memes on the internet have been one of Forever and it's for a reason they're popular it's pop culture it's everyone gets it but you know at The end of the day we want to see great spec ads great storytelling great ideas but I'm gonna segue To the only video I I got this week which is a bit of slop now I'll give this one a pass because

Heisenberg in the Matrix

1:14:59 It's creative slop but basically what this creator's done is he's shoved heisenberg into the matrix And this sort of crossover fandom stuff right yes it's ip infringing yes it's um you know not ideal But what they haven't done is like shot for shot remake just you replace the characters they've Actually given an original storyline and narrative so that's why it got into our list this week but It's the only one I'm gonna be showing this week of this ilk but trust me when I say all of my x Feed my instagram feed my linkedin feed it's just filled with this stuff it's hard to find the other Wake up. I'm awake. I'm awake. Follow. Who are you?

1:15:47 Fine. You take one, and you see. What's the purity? It's not that kind of... I don't do unknown compounds. It's a metaphor. Fine. Let's learn. Here, rules are negotiable. Matter isn't negotiable. Momentum is momentum. Kinetic energy transfer. Conservation. You're testing variables. Fine. Let's run the experiment. Listen to the system. Systems drift. Entropy wins. Safety margin. Reaction rate increases with pressure.

1:16:32 Noise. Irrelevant. Running is pointless. Then I'm done running. You're predictable. Mr. White, you've been busy. I'm efficient. We can do this the easy way. I'm not in danger. I am the one who knocks. You don't understand your position. Your mind makes it real. Then my mind needs better equipment. Now we can work. Tread lightly.

1:17:21 New environment. Same atoms. Different arrangement. Solid lattice. Predictable. Yeah, you get the point. I'm not going to watch the whole thing, but like, as I said, there is going to be this Fandom that arises with IP whether or not it's like wanted or not and brands are gonna have to Take one or two stances about this it's gonna be embrace it and get a ton of UGC and spin-offs and All sorts of stuff or sue the hell out of the companies that are allowing this to happen in The first place and it seems like most are taking the option B right now honestly but with a Chinese Company providing it you know it's gonna be hard for them compared to if it was an American company They find it much easier but yeah it's crazy times isn't it the thing is I thought it was tough

1:18:10 With the napster days in the music industry thinking how they're going to stop this Oh yeah this affects everyone now so I just thought yeah I just uh I don't know how it's Going to be stopped I really don't know it's um you know it's going to be a wild time and The cat is out of the bag in many respects you know now that we know this is possible Now that we know that C-Dance can do this, Even if they nerf it, Like people are going to be asking and demanding for this And it will just go to the black market probably, Which is an unfortunate thing. And, you know, Certainly we wouldn't be able to use it In a commercial purpose then. Yeah. It might slow down things, honestly, If that is the case, Because now every single time a model jumps, Everyone panics again, you know, Everyone's like, oh no, it's now okay.

1:18:57 This is way more capable than Sora 2. Is the big thing that everyone was like oh celebrities are showing up and sorry to rick And morty's in sorry to see dance and all of that can actually do scenes you know like real scenes With dialogue and it's really it's really really crazy the vfx is its most interesting thing though That I've seen like outside of the action which is clearly more capable of because it's trained On loads and loads of martial arts and sports and stuff like that we shared a post earlier today Which I don't think was really appreciated enough maybe because it's got this weird ASMR type voice in it But like just look at the like visuals and compare this to VO1 and VO2 and VO3 Actually all of those models compared to this is truly hard to see

Seedance 2.0's magic orbs

1:19:46 They need to make a big jump if you travel to another world and can only choose one magical orb Which one would you choose? Water magic orb Earth Magic Orb Earth Magic Orb Ice magic orb.

1:20:34 What magic orb? Poison magic orb Isn't that just so much better than the effects you've seen produced elsewhere? You know what? That was so good. I was thinking what one would I pick? Like almost like the AI thing. I was like, would I go for, I saw what I go for. Well, that's why it's social media content, isn't it?

1:21:21 Because it's engaging, it's incredible. It previously couldn't be done. And if you've got access right now, like this user clearly does, They've got like the ability to make this before others will be able to make that. But be sure guys, if you're on YouTube, That YouTube Shorts is just going to be filled with this stuff Over the 24th, from beyond the 24th of February. It's going to be just, I mean, look at that. You know, like if you took the ASMR voice out of it, Which is quite jarring to some people, you know, And just made it a normal thing, Like a normal voiceover or something like that. Like you said, that's a very engageable LinkedIn, Instagram, X post, Wherever you're like making your content, You could do it with a lot more relevance to you as well. Just make it magical spells and vfx for like earth wind fire and whatever it was ice by the

1:22:11 Way the ice one when the ice is raining down and stabbing the dragons the vfx sound effects as well Like it's all generated within c dance I can I can confirm that you know you you can prompt the sound Effects too you can say like you want really really rigid glass hitting hard earth making Thudding sounds and it listens to every word and it's not like having to run like 10 rolls to get That accurate that would be like first or second go you know what you should do we should go back A year ago or maybe even two years that would be cool the videos that were played and just say this Was a year ago check this out and then look at where we are now like we've done 150 episodes we

1:22:57 Could do a real recap yeah recap because you know that will smith one where they're like They're eating spaghetti was like him in 2023 and this is him 2025 and 2026 it's that because I'm Just looking at this thinking I remember a year ago we was like wow now we're just like that's Basic a year ago like I can remember when dave came on the show remember the one we had guns Firing yeah everyone was commenting oh the but the the bullets clearly aren't coming out of that gun All of their like criticism of the piece was oh this is clearly the physics around the bullets Aren't right and he said give it a year and this exact same scene you won't be questioning or giving That as your response and you'll have to find something else to complain about and he made Another piece recently and it's exactly right you know like we're less than a year actually six

1:23:46 Months or seven months since we posted that and uh we're already here now I I didn't see it coming From c dance you know like credit where credit's due here 1.5 I never even tried one or any of These models did you I know I tried one so I I I have free pick and it's in free pick and my default Was always c dance for some reason I was like oh I like this model I do like it now I didn't think It will be c dance two will be will be this but I kind of liked c dance I kind of like the interesting To be honest, I kind of like a lot of the Chinese ones The WAN video is good Deep Seek is a good large language model So is Quen I do like quite a lot of the And then you've got Kling

1:24:33 So yeah I kind of like the Sea Dance one And then obviously Sea Dance 2 came out And thought, Google You've got to step your way up Now, somebody said a while ago It was a good comment, I wanted to go back to it And if I can find it But they said that When it comes to, where is it? When it comes to, so it was 404 Films. Have we reached closing time for new entrance in video models? Is it a point where now it's like, if you've not been in it from now, Unless you're up with something unbelievable.

Is it closing time for new video models?

1:25:20 Will say that every time we've predicted that someone can't catch up we've been wrong yeah and I'll I've understood a bit more why now but again this favors the chinese models specifically you Know and it's because when someone makes such a big leap like c dance all it takes is for a new Tool to basically go and use it and extract as much information for training data and feed it Into your model and suddenly you're catching up now it's not it's not everything you know like You need to do a lot more fine tuning than that but essentially like when someone does make a big Leap others suddenly can catch up with a lot less funding and efficiency but china taking this leap Forward is like great because previously they've done that you know they've actually taken the

1:26:05 California models made them hella more efficient but not really done much on the innovation side But now suddenly they're the ones innovating and now the answer is is the west gonna do that to The chinese models your move america your play exactly and sander said to me you know maybe they Won't and maybe they will get stuck behind because of their inability or in you know they don't want To essentially you know do what they've been had done to them but um the other thing is how much Does YouTube and TikTok play into this? Obviously it's ByteDance, they own TikTok. So the database is just so big that When maybe they've only been, you know, Using 10% of it so far, we don't know. We have no idea how much of it they're using And whether that even matters. As I said earlier, if an LLM can crawl the web,

1:26:54 Like does it even matter with training data? Synthetic, real, does it even need it? Like this is, anyone that's seen the AlphaGo documentary From Demis Hassibus and the one that did the chess champion and stuff, you know, what was incredible about that was They trained a reinforcement model with every single move that they could learn off the internet, you know, the whole of human history of playing chess Which is thousands and thousands of years of it, they basically trained everything into this specific model and Then they had a breakthrough in what's called a different type of learning and And what they basically understood was if it plays itself millions of times with knowing none of the rules, it can work out every single rule and every single move without ever having been fed all of the stuff that we knew about it.

1:27:43 And that model beats the one that's trained on all of our human knowledge every single time now. You know, it's not hard, all of the previous training data. It just has this new ability to, you know, play itself essentially millions of times in a few days and just work out every single strategy from just playing, you know, making every wrong move possible and then working out the optimal strategy to win. It actually creates things. Was right though so because it just it just lost a million times in a row oh so it was playing Against some someone else someone itself playing against itself but what I mean by that is if I Don't know chess and someone put and we didn't know chess and they you had the white pieces I Had the black pieces and it's like go but I don't know the rules I don't know what what a rook the

1:28:33 Rook can do I don't know what the night that's that's every every single piece gets moved in Wrong direction and then it loses corrects it though no that it learns by itself like because It loses you know it's optimized to win and so it makes every wrong move instead of being taught That this is the move to make it just lets it make the mistakes for itself that was the breakthrough And it's called the thinking game as lawrence pointed out yeah you know what I've actually got That on my on my download videos on youtube I've got that I'm gonna watch it then I'm off I'm off I'm off I've got I'm on the euro star once I think so I'll go love it mate I'll watch that then The um I think 11 labs just had a very good one too uh produced by a16z so like high production In both of these things I think it's got like hundreds of millions of views of thinking game

1:29:22 On youtube now I mean you could say it is google that owns youtube so their documentary you know How much is it you know but it really does deserve it you know the nostalgic part for me is that Basically and so I saw him on the train around where I live in all these shots and I was like that's crazy It turns out he had all these AI breakthroughs whilst on the train, you know long train travel like between his lectures and stuff He was thinking for deep learning deep thinking about you know how to problem-solve and beat the chess champion They said that alpha go which is a much harder game than chess What they thought was impossible because it's just like infinite moves you know You can't essentially teach an AI when there's infinite moves like how to play

1:30:10 This thing and yet the AlphaGo champion was beat in six months by the same AI That never learned AlphaGo it just played itself millions of times failed Millions of times and essentially created moves that had never been seen In human history before which is novel breakthroughs and that that's the thing That's both amazing and scary about AI is when you train stuff and you get just they've been using Scaling for so far and the question is how far can scaling take us but every time a new scaling Gets up there we see these like things that just come out of it that weren't expected you know like These abilities that were never learned but just because of its raw capability to do general stuff Now it suddenly can do other things like learn languages that it hasn't even been trained on and

1:31:00 Stuff like it's that's where it starts to get black mirror honestly because it's truly like If you don't know what's coming then what are we birthing here you know exactly what is what I hear A lot of the talks about is like we don't know what we we've created and I don't know and nobody I've not heard one person turn around and say yeah we're safe No because the knock-on consequences are so unpredictable like it would be foolish to say That there can't be some knock-on effect that even if it had good intentions that's the scary Thing about knock-on effects is you can make things with all of the right intentions but then Unfortunately it makes a load of people you know uh it could be anything it could be unemployed

1:31:46 It could be anything, you know, like it could be just yeah, the knock-on cascading effects of all of this It is incredible though And it's the most exciting time ever if you don't work in a major production studio I think that's the basic like understanding of all of the creative tooling right now that we're seeing is Never before have we just been able to just open up a browser tab and just start making things that look like incredible Vfx pipelines that just shouldn't really exist you know that's why I feel like they should need to Get ahead of the ips but if they can get ips yeah you're gonna have extremely creative people all Over the world but they won't be able to use the incredible hulk they won't be able to use

1:32:31 Characters that we know and love you know and that's where it's like all right well we know This is officially from disney or this is right from the indiana jones series or whatever it may I think that's why it's really important. Yeah, I agree. And, you know, I think Disney's buying up IP. Lots of places are buying up IP, you know, for that very idea. In the same way that Elon buying X was just an LLM, training data set, You know, it's now data is worth more than gold 10x. You know, we used to say data. It's like it's going to be unfathomable how much you can, like, Right data gave people the right experiences you know don't use it for nefarious reasons give them

1:33:18 Truly amazing unique experiences and you could really really you know add subscription costs to This stuff like um the problem is and as we've seen is the democratization of subscriptions I.e Will disney have their own llm that only disney can add to disney plus and amazon has their own Their own LLM and you know every single place is a sort of siphoned where you can only use our LLM And our training data and this and that like it's that's where the dirty models you know in quotes Air quotes dirty models that will just do all of everybody's stuff without like giving a hoot Let's say for the nice way they're gonna potentially win when everyone's like you know

1:34:06 Because that's pirating isn't it versus all of the streaming that we're doing and subscription Kind of wild now you remember when we said mate like this is one of the craziest things that I Didn't think would actually be this early in this year remember you said actually it's not going to Be long before you can just put yourself in a movie we genuinely thought like okay well the ip License holders will have to agree to this they'll have to make generative worlds and all of this And c dance was just like hold my biscuit just basically use a driving video add your still And suddenly you're quicksilver

Put yourself in a movie: Quicksilver from a driving video

1:35:14 I get that. I get that video now. It's just mental though, isn't it? Like it truly is like that was unfathomable like three months ago for you to Have to use a driving video and then replace yourself as the character. Who's the one running around the walls and stuff. And then where does copyright land there? Because clearly it's not the original images or video. It's a modified version of that yet it's using very famous scenes and that's why when I said C dance came out like I believe a lot of it's video to video because I've seen this stuff before You know these camera movements I've seen this stuff and then it confirmed to be true you know

1:36:00 I'm not worried so much about that I'm more worried about I somebody commits a crime and They can put someone else's face to it and it looks so real it's the deep yeah the deep face The deep face yeah I just realized too that's gonna probably strike us so that track is engaging but Uh that was a very famous track that's probably gonna get us a warning on youtube You should have realized that but yes mate the deep fakes are the hella scary part of it I've told my mum now she was just with us I was like mum if you ever receive a whatsapp you know Me talks like me like just make make sure you ring me and that you talk to me in person and you know I'm even going to set up a code word with yeah I'll just say code words I've said to my mom code

1:36:48 Words yeah it's got to that point mate and obviously we're two people that are on the Internet a lot we've got a lot of footage of us online there's easy training data for anyone to Be able to just grab us you know glenn and eric did a great job of doing me even though it was For my birthday you know and they're not your baby oh yeah for baby you know but thank god they got Good intentions you know yeah thank god they're the best people on this show basically and but Yeah it's scary as you said like truly scary but exciting at the same time and that's the That's the dichotomy of it I guess is it's both rise at the same time you get both scared and More excited every single breakthrough like this and our most popular training my most popular

1:37:36 Training session and talk right now is the good the bad the ugly of ai because it is the case Of saying look I want to do here's the amazing things but we can't ignore the bad which is going To be stuff that will affect us internally so our jobs etc and then the ugly what it's doing to Society like the impact on the environment and deepfakes is it um yeah and that's my that's my Today is because I'm delivering that tomorrow for like a day that's awesome so it's uh that's such A good title honestly it's a very good thing to like give to both you know here's the great future But also there's things to worry about and like I said to you earlier I really am not jealous of my Cyber security friends I think you remember ian murphy he's the like liverpool stand-up guy That I reckon he's really happy that he's now a full-time stand-up because cyber security is

1:38:25 Gonna go I mean it's both good and bad you could think of it as you're gonna have a lot of business Oh yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah never gonna be short of work but the headaches mate their headaches And the extortion and the governments are gonna have to step in probably and it's gonna make Things slow down on you know in the innovation side and yeah but it's gonna happen this year Guys so you know keep your ears aground on new technology and let your loved ones know because You have this information uniquely you know they do not they do not eric said the show's name should Be changed from ai live to wtf it really should you know what is going on right now I know like

1:39:15 Every every week has been leveling up but this level up feels different you know this one Definitely feels different and when it's a different level you can go yes this is going For spec ads we can do whole things on spec ads now like anyone can make spec ads but that sentence Itself should terrify big agencies you know anyone can make spec ads that are really worth watching Now like brands can make them themselves you know not even needing freelancers let alone big agencies To do it on their behalf it's going to be incredible time for in-house brand creators I think a lot More people will be snapped up in-house brand side as well I think they'll spot people that are the Best of the best and offer them very lucrative contracts because essentially they'll have the

1:40:03 Output of a team you know on their own like so imagine the new social media role is you're a Generative ai expert here's the brand palette here's the brand tone of voice you can just refer To this and make anything you want that makes sense for social media engagement like you could Just go crazy with it you could do trend jacking you could like have full creative freedom as like A unique uh like social media manager and I think that role will be definitely something that brands Will you know like but here's the flip side if ai agents are going to do what people are saying That they're going to do and the computer is going to be pretty much be your browser is going to be Where is the eyeballs to your content you know that's that's why well I you're right but with

1:40:54 There's still going to be eight billion humans with devices looking for stuff yeah but at the End of the day like what I've I'm almost sure about is that even though agents will make ads You know I.e no human a brand will employ an agent to make an ad um like the human in the loop Version is where the human storytelling resonates with other humans. Agents aren't selling to agents yet, so agents might be able to make better Stuff for other agents of the future, but they don't have our history, they don't have our Storytelling. They can't resonate more with us than us. I completely agree, and I really hope that. But that's why I feel that also it goes back to Building communities and understanding distribution.

1:41:41 Right they're the two things that's really really important you've got a community and you know how To promote I think that's going to help you when it comes to all of this ai slot for ai stuff In fact rourke you know good friend of the podcast he told me that his most popular module in gen hq Is how to find clients as opposed to doing the work you know which is every other module is Basically how to use ai tools and the one that's how to find clients and prospect is actually the That is the most popular so as you said when execution becomes like much easier for people To achieve and ideation becomes the real gold mine then we've all got to find clients that you Want to do to work for otherwise launch your own brand launch your own you know uh series on youtube

1:42:30 Look like neuroviz or something like this launch your own whatever you feel like doing music videos Short films whatever you want to monetize that's why we want to focus on spec ads because there's An agency we've always been in marketing and advertising and now it feels like b2b brands Even could step up you know b2b brands are like you know two years behind d b2c brands generally When it comes to adoption of tech they're just so much slower on the uptake but they can't be now Because they'll get the floor wiped from underneath them if they don't adopt this soon But they have the ability to tell incredible stories now and create you know remarkable Content that's not dry boring dull beach stuff so there's so much opportunity out there guys

1:43:18 It's just persuading the right people that you know what you're doing and the only way to do That is to practice and put yourself out there honestly start building a show reel put yourself Out as frequently as you can to tell good storytelling on whatever platform that you post That's really it it's like unless you want to go down the email market your Advertising route or other ways to get leads you know essentially you've just Got to organically put yourself out there Yes mate we've run through them this week I've got another Kill Bill style See dance scene that I saw just because it's like I think that's truly where This is so far ahead you know the action that you can create like um it's I will actually show you

A Kill Bill-style Seedance 2.0 fight

1:44:06 If you haven't seen already the door brothers piece that we watched before you started um have You seen that in social media yet I don't know how you know what I tend to do I see a lot of stuff But I think okay what I what I tend to do is I save them and then I'll wait for the show so I've Got the element of surprise and if it didn't come up on the show then I'll go back and watch You're a true host mate, I'm glad. Because I know that it would be hard for you to avoid, but I appreciate you avoiding it honestly. Right, we'll watch the Kill Bill scene and then we'll go back and watch the Door Brothers piece. Because yeah, the action in the Door Brothers piece is nuts, but this is just a great little showcase as well.

1:44:57 This is a man's world It's all right Holy God, that was such a crazy beat. The thing is, Kill Bill is one of my favourite films. I would love to have a sword that was made by Hattori Hanzo. I would love that. That would be my dream. But yeah, that was really, really good.

1:45:43 See that. I just, I mean, just the like, Can you remember when they didn't even allow blood? Can you remember when there was no gore allowed? And then suddenly now you're like, Oh, you can prompt this to kill multiple enemies. It looks like real stuff, you know. And the thing is you're not questioning as much the physics. Yes, there's obvious issues. It's definitely not perfect by a long way I'd say there's still quite a long way to improve that But it's just so much better than anything else still that was ever before it Like that exact prompt run through any other model right now wouldn't come even Close how many problems? That two or three Yeah that piece was only 41 seconds so if you've got 15 seconds as your maximum output then you can Do 15 30 45 so it could be in theoretically three yeah but obviously what you can do up to

1:46:35 Is you can just get four or five second snippets and then edit them together yourself and so it's Hard to actually know because the cut scenes could be manual or done by it or its direction is great Though you can truly get it to direct that's the other thing that it's got uniquely over others is It really truly understands direction you can give it all sorts of angles and say you know this swell And this feeling this sound effect this voice and it will listen and direct and actually make those Cut scenes and make those things for you so if you don't have editing skills like I haven't got the Best editing skills it's really going to level my stuff up because I was previously having to smash It all together in whatever editing you know I could do but now suddenly I can prompt for editing And it actually looks realistic but as the door brothers showed us if you've got editing skills

Apex, one more time for Andrew

1:47:24 You can really take it to a way different level like just I hope this one doesn't freeze on you Mate because this might be the I'm watching it on youtube as well so if it does I'm watching it on Youtube oh mate that's awesome yeah so this video right he said he's got thousands of emails off the Back of this you know thousands like he's got movie offers and I've seen ben stiller talking About it I've seen now there's a lot of controversy around it because obviously like you know Hollywood is going what the hell is this this chinese model is able to do stuff like We've never seen before and it's got them all up in arms again but they deserve it they really Deserve it so let's I know for you that have already watched it once before this is for andrew

1:48:15 I just we might watch this again honestly that's how good it is I'm really busy can you get sophia today what no I have a meeting I can't oh shit fine I'm Reporting what is being called a geomagnetic storm. This is a phenomenon caused by a massive... ...need as it comes available. Stay tuned to this channel for continuous coverage.

1:49:12 No! Sophia! Mom! I love you. I'm on my way. I need you to hide. Get underground.

1:50:13 I'm sorry. I'm sorry.

1:51:10 Good morning, Sleeping Beauty. We have her I'll be right there I can see you smiling at the end there mate I can see you in the green room smiling that was great Um mate I can see why people are calling him up because they're probably I'm telling you Is it case the guy from the c fbi cash patel yeah cash oh yeah yeah everyone freaking and then they Realize it's all ai they'd be like what how like the threads I was reading right oh the woman's

1:51:59 Got to be real that's a real actress the rest is ai cgi no he was showing us the character profile Sheet with her sideways on like and everything you know like yeah he showed us exclusively I think I am some b-roll that didn't make it and like scenes that he took out and stuff and like is Thank you so much, you know If you're watching this again on repeat Jonathan for just dropping in and giving our little community like the back end scenes to that Like right after it's the most viral piece of the year by far He's got hundreds of millions of impressions across all social media. It's where's he when you're getting it from YouTube Everywhere x instagram youtube he's on all the big instagram channels all of the big x people

1:52:45 Are reposting it now they've all got an opinion you know this is trash this is amazing or can you Believe this like like how long did this take and all the questions start coming out it's got to be Real half real no it's some real everyone's questioning it and it's all ai every single Scene of it's ai like the continuity the bit that got me it was when the cyber truck was going over Breaking apart and the jumps look real and the physics of the landing of the car you know like None of that would have been mean close in any of them you know what got me was the first five Seconds if you play the first five seconds again or first 10 seconds play that again and I'll show You what I mean all right I'm really busy can you get sophia today that yeah the way it went through

1:53:35 Like that into the thing and went you're a great visual hook isn't it great visual hook because That is known as one of the multi-million dollar shots of like yeah you need a sky crane you need A zip wire you need experts you need all this stunt crew and equipment and insurance you need To rent the building out you know all of that and then that's not even talking about your famous Actors and actresses and their wages and do you know what I've just thought so eric said could Of being an ad for tesla but I yeah I actually think what's going to happen is product placement Because you can make that and then someone can say can you put our product in this you've made You're so right product placement because yeah because that wouldn't necessarily be an ad

Is product placement the future of AI film?

1:54:21 Money's in the product placement space you know I remember well it's been that way for years I Remember apple spent a lot of money trying to put ipods in yeah ipods in music videos when it was First starting but yeah product placement is gonna be um huge you're right I actually I saw that Friends had exclusive like brand uh things you know like apparently the sweater budget was just Insane per episode it was in the millions of dollars because each one of their sweaters was By a specific brand you know and it was being paid to be there and you're right in that like Advertising is so intrusive if that's all you're doing if you're just watching an ad then you know Subtle brand product placement is much better you know in terms of you get a real piece of content

1:55:08 It's just subtly advertising with it yeah I think that's gonna be that will be and I actually think That potentially could be not not as big as ad but I think it will be a huge area huge huge area Yeah because if you think about it it's just integration like probably the narrative had like A drink that the character was holding now whether that drinks a pepsi or a coke or whoever it wants To be you know that can be woven into the script but the idea was it was already there so it makes Sense to reach out to a brand whereby a product that's got a big part of the storyline would be Something that's branded as long as it doesn't you know like take away from the story and yeah Yeah exactly that's the thing cars are perfect because someone has to jump in a car like she had To jump in a car so it could have been volvo or it could have been ford or it could have been

1:55:56 Obviously tesla makes sense in this one because it was the that bulletproof truck or whatever it is Um well in its time aston martin and like 007 was the car you know like it was and no doubt aston Martin had this exclusive 007 you know partnership whereby that year then you know it was going to be Aston martin dp9 or whatever it was and then the next year it can be another car company that can Bid higher for that knowing that this is getting more and more popular the higher brand bids come In and you know I think about also like football kits you know how much does someone pay to sponsor A football kit right now and stuff like that a lot of money you know fly emirates especially in that You know they're prolific aren't they they sponsor a lot of clubs but they clearly get an roi from

1:56:46 It doesn't take away from the game in any way you know like this sort of brand placement as you said Is going to be really big on the plate if you can get the eyeballs then the brands will come to you And then you can like you can choose to have those jarring ads where it is just a regular ad Or you can just offer them the brand placement offer which would be not taking away from the Storyline or or anything like that yeah I love that mate I think that's jimmy agrees product Placement every time and he's a big youtuber yeah so you know again congrats on last week jimmy it Was amazing you know that piece we watched stella so guys we're gonna wrap it up there hell of a Week as I said it's just c dance c dance c dance from 24th onwards get ready to like have all your

Next week: a spec ads special

1:57:35 Folders of your assets your storyboards um ready to go your characters get your character sheets Even audio samples and driving videos and all of that stuff that you want to really really test with It is the first one ever that you really need a bank of assets you know like because it will take Everything you've got from audio to video to images to everything it will just take it all And your text and give you some incredible outputs but I when people got access to it they just weren't Sure what to do and if you're not sitting on banks of assets the folders of ready-to-go stuff then Essentially you're just twiddling your thumbs doing text to video which you know lots of these Tools can do that but this one uniquely can take everything so just start downloading sound effects

1:58:21 Start downloading all sorts of stuff ready readying yourselves next week yeah we'll be available so we Can see some of the stuff that you've been doing as well yeah and focus on your spec ads guys we're Gonna do probably a special episode next week just for spec ads um so no music videos no short films See if we can do a full two hours of just spec ads. I know what we'll do in the meantime if C-Dance isn't capable, mate, Is we've got so many images. Zedd and a lot of these guys like Eric and Glenn, They often make image carousels or something Where we can bring those images up on the stage instead And discuss those rather than watching video. It's less engaging slightly, but it's good that we can talk about it

1:59:08 The entire time rather than having to pause the video Exactly. No, it probably won't be YouTube only again. We were trying it this week just to see how many more we could, you know, Make the jump and subscribe to YouTube as the answer to that. We usually do connect to LinkedIn and we're going to be connecting X And other places and Twitch actually, if you want to join via any channel, Because StreamYard lets us hook up all of them. It was just this week only. We thought, oh, we'll give the YouTube only a try, Get people over to the YouTube. Is that every time you have to make a new event page and essentially you know everyone has to Find the new event page and it's not that discoverable whereas if you sign up and watch Through youtube then you should get always live notifications and all of this yeah actually

1:59:57 Talking about that I'm going to try and edit the event page just before we uh cut off the show to See if I can bump that forward to next week so that you guys have already accepted the invite Shouldn't have to accept a new one Because that is one of the things That is another thing if we do It just through YouTube.
