Creator Sessions with Uncanny Harry, Gossip Goblin and Kavan the Kid
2:40 To uh have them on as the first three creators in our creator sessions yes the shades are back on The super focus shades you know it if you know you know um I've uh been given these shades and Jonathan calls them el mexicano and other people have had names for them I've just realized paul I haven't even got my main light on and so it's probably looking dark in here I'll have to change The lighting and we'll have some uh some issues with the continuity of all of that for the clips But no worries you know started without lights on today it's just been a bit of a scramble But yeah guys uh let's crack on with some of the news I want to know what you guys have seen of the News actually kareem who's a good friend of the show was sending me something right before the
Has Qwen Image 3.0 dropped?
3:28 Show about something that potentially dropped today with quen image model so if you've seen About that piece of news I think it's quen image 3.0 let me know if you've tried it what you think About it um seeing some real uh news coming out on image models and stuff like this but again Interested to see what you guys have seen out there the big piece of news that I wanted you Guys to know more specifically though is that germina is currently hosting an ai music video Contest so if you guys are such you know obliged to make that type of content and you have a good Idea for a music video they are basically challenging filmmakers and creators and
Dreamina's AI music video contest: 2 million credits up for grabs
4:15 Musicians to step into the director's chair using germina ai to generate a cinematic music video for Any type of song whether or not you produced it traditionally collaborated with a real musician Or generated it with AI tools all are being accepted essentially and the prize pool is over 2 million Dremina AI credits so if you're really looking to fund like a future massive project like Say a feature film or something that you're planning to make then if you have a music video Idea then this is one of those ways that you could potentially get a huge amount of credits To fund a future project like that I think the submission period is between the 10th and the 25th Uh the 10th of july and the 25th of august so you guys have still got a month or so
5:04 Um if you wanted to enter into that I'm seeing more people tune into the chat I need a pair of Those sunglasses oh let's go how's it going nice to see everybody whiskey woven we got jordan In we've got tv of tomorrow we've got whiskey we've got all you guys thank you so much for Tuning in you know we we truly appreciate you guys and uh yeah we're going to be reaching new Audiences soon so get ready for new people to be in and around uh the community as we get special Guests coming on no doubt their audiences will come over here and it'll be a whole load of fresh New faces into the mix. Obviously for anyone new here, let me know. I'm going to be putting out
5:53 Submission links and other things later on so that you know how to reach us if you want to get Something onto the show. Favorite show of the week. Let's go. And tuning in from Lisbon. I'm So happy that we're getting the Lisbon-London crossover by the way. And I'm really happy to Be hosting Lisbon-Lorays down in London on 30th of July. Like I said, if you can make it down There definitely do because this is the meeting of two really awesome communities in the lisbon And the london crew and uh yeah it's going to be a really fun night So with that dreamina ai music video contest that about rounds up the news truthfully Um other than quen image we're all waiting on c dance 2.5 obviously um I have I'm hearing that
When is Seedance 2.5 coming out?
6:39 There's going to be some more delays, but no specific date has been put out there as to when It's delayed until. So again, just if you know anything more or anything like that, let us know. But yeah, that's just essentially what we're hearing as of recently. Everyone obviously is Waiting on that model. And yeah, let's crack on with the show. So the first piece that we're Going to show today is a Claude ad and it's by a big advertising agency called Mother here in the UK. I've got no extra notes for this so let's just watch it. Can AI be trusted? Who's going to hit the
Claude ad by Mother
7:29 Breaks if we need to. How do we really ensure that what we're aiming to achieve really does Benefit the majority of people? If it ends up taking like almost all the jobs, then what does It mean to work? Wait a minute, why do we have to have this stuff? If a machine can pretend to care Better than I can actually care? How do we draw the line there? If we all had a voice in it, Then I feel like it would be better. Could AI help people stop feeling misunderstood? Could AI help me build more connections In the community? Can AI help me be a better teacher,
8:15 A better mom? Maybe it'll cure some great things, you know? Things that we're not even at the cusp of understanding yet? Will it create a group of people that ask more questions? What if we started to be more human again? We don't want to lose the most beautiful parts of life. The big questions the big big questions I really like the line what if we started to become more Human again I don't know if that line stood out to anyone else in that piece but um what did you
9:01 Guys think about that the polling is now open one two or three did you think that was awesome okay Not for me as I said that is a big advertising agency called mother and it is an official ad For claude so using stills again it was an interesting take um seeing some votes coming In now straight away not for everyone clearly that piece interesting um compared to some of Ads that ran during the Super Bowl. I don't know if you remember those where they attacked the chat CPT with having ads in chat CPT. Those one minute things felt very clever and very well done. But yeah, compared to this, I don't know.
9:48 Honestly, I might be in the two category for this. I thought it was interesting. And I do think that these are some of the big questions that a lot of people in society Thinking about right now when it comes to AI. But I think that they could have been more done with the creative and everything else to make it You know a little bit more visually appealing but yes we're seeing some late votes coming in here Um I'll leave the voting open just for a few more seconds just because linkedin's on a bit Of a delay for everybody else which agency was it by that was by mother it's called mother agency Me. Olga's asking that question. California girl saying I like the black screen between The images. I did like the cutting. I did like some of the editing. I thought it was
10:35 Quite, quite well done and quite provocative. And the visuals were quite well done as well. Matching up with the big questions and everything else like that. That was my general feedback. You should ask Andrew. This is the part of the show where I'd say, and what do you think Mate in this case I'm not saying that I'm just continuing to ramble about my general thoughts And feelings about this piece I'll see you guys get your votes in but yes if again you're new to The show this is the premise of this show is that we do sort of live feedback like this in a polling Type scenario where you mash one two or three on your keyboard doesn't matter where you're tuning In from and you can essentially vote as to what you thought about a piece of content that we're Showing in our creative sessions. It's quite obvious that we're not going to do voting and Polling in that we specifically picked out some of our favorite creators that have made on the
11:24 Show multiple times before. So there's no need to vote on whether or not we think there's good Content. It is clearly we've handpicked them for a special session. So yeah, we may use the polling Differently, um, in that particular show, but again, we're not sure, but someone did ask me That question so I thought I'd give that piece of feedback um do we know if they were real photos Or claude generated uh well claude doesn't have an image generator as far as I know so I would Assume that they were real photos or that may have been ai generated but definitely wasn't with A claude image model I don't think so so yeah not really sure about that one anyway let's keep going So the second one we're going to be showing and I'm already getting a little bit of like uh
Michael Owen BytePlus ad made with Seedance 2.5
12:14 Missing the world cup like it was so much drama and we uh so we went so far england and our game Obviously the third place game was so much more watchable than the final itself but you know we Have got a few more things still going on uh related to the football and all of the drama And we saw this piece that included Michael Owen, which is one of our most famous footballers here in the UK. And it was a Byte Plus ad. And it was created by Byte Plus showcasing the Sea Dance 2.5 model. So actually, it's probably one of, if not the only pieces of official work actually made with the model that we're all waiting on.
13:01 So it's a really good showcase to what we can expect, I suppose, when Sea Dance 2.5 does eventually come out to us in the next week or two. But with all of that being said, let's check it out. There he is, Michael Owen, just 18 years of age. The boy from Chester, can he deliver on the big stage? Michael Owen, he's picked it up just past the halfway line. And he is flying! The first defender, another one left behind. On two, a beautiful exchange. He's through the gap. The defence is split wide open. It's Owen. Owen, he can smell the goal now. He's running at them. One defender, two defenders.
13:47 He's weaving through them. It's as if they're standing still. The goal is right there within reach. Can he finish? The tackle is coming in. Oh no, he's down. I'll try
15:02 Well, there you go, guys. Like I said, it's been a bit of nostalgia going on here. One of our most famous England players of all time. Sadly, never won a major trophy, and we've been long waiting since 1966. Although we're being told congratulations for beating France. Yes, it was an amazing victory, actually. California girl in 6-4 or something crazy in the third place. Been since 1966 it was just the heartbreak of the moment you know we almost reached the final Argentina did us a bit dirty and then this is released uh one of our all-time greats I really Like this piece the voting's now open I should have said that one two or three mash on your
15:47 Keyboards was it awesome one two okay three not for me yeah wow exciting stuff um I'm really About the potential for this model. And we all have heard the stories, you know, 30 second outputs, does that mean 30 second inputs? That's my first question. Can I upload 30 seconds of audio? Will it be transferred correctly? Have we got new voices? I think Marco and others want to know About the flickering issues and the frame rate issues That we've been experiencing in the current model. And, you know, we've just all got a lot of questions Essentially as to what exactly 2.5 will be providing to us but yeah it was a whooping
What will Seedance 2.5 actually bring?
16:34 You're absolutely right Argentina got whooped in the final it was lovely to see honestly The most dominant final I've seen uh by anyone in a long time and that piece was pretty cool huh You know made with C dance 2.5 you can sort of see uh where we're going with all of this And that type of storytelling. First of all, I didn't realize he was from Chester. I thought that was hilarious. I'm living in Chester right now. I'm one of our legends. I didn't even know he was from the town I'm currently living in, Which, you know, you learn something new every day When it comes to this type of content. There's a nice little fact that they added in there. And yeah. Anyway, guys, the voting for that one. We'll close it down now. Get some final votes in from LinkedIn if you want to. I know that you guys are a bit of a delay, But we've got a lot of stuff to watch.
17:20 We're actually going to be watching one of the longest pieces we've ever seen on the show Uh so yeah we need to rattle through again thank you so much for all of your submissions Make sure that you come and subscribe to us on luma we're on a new luma address now and hopefully Pull slam it into the chat and put it on the screen but we're on luma.com forward slash The ai live show now we've moved it all from seedly which is where we were on luma before But we realized we just want to keep it all under one roof and under one name. So it's less confusing for new audiences that are about to find us. They don't know seedly the creative agency that's behind all of this generally. So we're just putting it all now under the banner of the AI live show. Exactly.
AI LIVE moves to luma.com/theailiveshow
18:05 And you can also sign up there to get the newsletter, Which is delivered 24 to 48 hours with all of the links of everything we watch Every single week. And we do a newsletter in LinkedIn as well. And if you're subscribed over there, same newsletter that you'll receive. But yeah, you can get it either way that you like to receive newsletters, either via Luma or LinkedIn. And yeah, we're live through YouTube and live through X and other places like this. And we're going to be co-streaming with some people in the future. So again, I'm very excited about that and the new audiences that are going to potentially be coming over to the show. Get yourselves ready for some new faces around here and uh let them know about the show you know
18:51 We've been going for a long time now and uh yeah hopefully soon we're going to start seeing some New faces around here so the next piece I've got is um a one minute 19 piece it is I'm gonna To absolutely butcher this pronunciation. Nida Sarshan ad featuring Dennis Schroeder created By Promptor. This is a hybrid ad. Dennis Schroeder was filmed using a green screen play in the US and every scene around him was built with AI. So let's check it out. But we want to be big.
Niedersachsen ad featuring Dennis Schröder by PROMPTR
19:41 Big dream and big jump! And then we ask ourselves the big question. Where with us? I as Niedersachse recommend Niedersachse. The big challenges are here. Wind in wind? No. In Niedersachsen, we're going to the big road. That's for everyone who think big, Who discover big, Or who want to come out.
20:49 So, what did you guys think about that one? Another official ad. This is not a spec ad. This is a real ad. As I said, that was using a green screen. So we're going to see a lot more of this, I believe, in the future. These hybrid productions, whether it's in filmmaking, whether it's in music videos, whether it's in advertising. The poll is now open for this piece. So what did you think? One, awesome. Two, okay. Three, not for me. So yeah it's um really interesting to see like all of these different approaches to all of these Different ads as I said we're going to get pure ai pieces we're going to get hybrid productions We're going to get traditional productions we're going to get all of the spectrum of stuff so
Pure AI, hybrid or traditional: where is AI used in ads?
21:35 I even saw one the other day where they credited ai just for helping research and again this is Whether or not people want to disclose this or not disclose this, it will be used in so many Different parts of the creative process in so many different ways. So it's fascinating to see All of them. And we try and discover exactly where AI was used. This one we know was used With a real actor and a green screen and AI was used for the rest of it essentially. But yeah, Seeing some votes coming in for this one. I think this one is Simon Mayer. I think Prompter is Just wants to confirm that in the comments I'm not quite sure so maybe this is simon mayer's Client work that we're seeing as opposed to some of his spec ads and stuff that he does More fun but yeah just get some confirmation on that
22:25 But yeah final votes coming in for this one some epic scenes here some really nice work Like in terms of like what to construct and how to go between scenes some of the transitions were Really nice again it's not so obvious that ai was used because the real actor does look real and Therefore the green screen effect of all of it um isn't the focus so again maybe this is the way for Many productions for different things in the future we'll see Right final votes coming in for that one and we shall move on The next piece was actually something that was submitted to us again thank you so much for Everyone that's regularly submitting to us we really appreciate it both those that watch and
Bistrot à l'EHPAD, a nursing home film for SIG64
23:12 Then submit their work to us we have an incredibly talented uh community so really appreciate it This one was by francois grandisius I'm so bad at pronouncing names very sorry to hear that it Is a nursing home ad and it was submitted to us I made this film as a basque association Sig64 which sets up bistros in nursing homes so thanks again for that context let's watch it
23:58 Thank you. I'm sorry.
25:12 So nice piece there the voting is now open um I do have some more context about this as you guys Are voting one two or three what you thought about that piece um there was a part of the Producer notes that I actually missed out. And that was that this was actually made back in February. So it wasn't a recently made piece. It was also made with cling three mainly and Mr. All the chat. So a lot of it was basically not using the latest video models as well as Basically the bistros and the nursing homes allow residents to feel younger and more part of the Society again I should have added that context again also I read in his linkedin post um basically This is you know a charitable thing that nobody really can afford these types of creative briefs
26:01 So he did it for very cheap and that's why some of the sound design comments are coming in as saying No sound design and stuff this was done basically on the cheap for a good cause so again give all That context with this piece um yeah it's always no you know good to know this was an official Piece this way it's in the ad section it's not in the spec ad section uh so it was actually made as Client work but it was made with a very limited budget for a good cause and something so cinematic Could never really truly be afforded by this type of client generally but um it is amazing that ai I can do this type of thing now. And imagine with Sea Dance 2.5, If you revisited a project like this To make it feel a little bit more up to date
26:46 With the physics and the video and everything, I think it would be a really nice one, actually. So for me, I think that one would be a one. Again, I'm going with what I love you think in that terms. And it's really nice to see that a piece from February Is actually holding up like that. And again, thank you so much for submitting to us. And we really do like, you know, When you're raising awareness around subjects Of this it's good to see not just commercial work for you know giant enterprises you know Nice work like this for small companies that generally wouldn't be able to afford this type Of thing so if you're making that type of thing please do submit it to us anyway let's keep going This piece is by somebody who we featured in the past and we need to actually confirm oh we just
Karsten Winegeart's World Cup 26 ad
27:32 Got a late vote come in from Eric there. We need to confirm exactly how much of it was AI. We do Definitely think AI was used in this piece because he's been somebody who we featured in the past as Using AI stuff, but it's very, very nicely done. And we don't want to guess at the parts that are AI and are not. So if I get any update, I've sent him a LinkedIn message today, then we'll add this To the newsletter as additional notes to confirm exactly how much of it was AI. But he was very And so he should be because he made a piece that was actually broadcast on TV during the final of the World Cup, which is incredible. Truly, it must have felt amazing to see this and watch it on the TV. It's by Carsten Weingart and it's a World Cup 26 ad.
28:22 Again, we need to get confirmation on what AI was used in this piece, but let's watch it. Nobody gives you your name in New York. You arrive with one. You leave with another. This city has always had a weakness for arrivals. The same line for nearly a century. Golden Gods. Samba Kings. First Stars. Fifth Stars. 90 Minutes that became forever. Turns out the dream had an address all along.
29:08 Naturally, it's in New York. Welcome to the world stage. Welcome to the final stop. Okay the voting is now open for that piece let us know what you thought one awesome two okay Three not for me I really really like that piece and again it's going to be very timely because The world cup finals just happened um it was unbelievable honestly um the world cup as an
29:53 Experience this year it was uh just um amazing how many people tuned in how many people I didn't Even know cared about football were suddenly supporting and uh yeah it was just everything's Been about world cup world cup world cup in everyone's algorithm I think for the last Few weeks uh and it's gonna be weird honestly with it not around I really like that piece I I would definitely put that in a one for me. Really, really nicely done. And it must have been, I think he said he shed a tear When he saw it live broadcast as something that he worked hard on. You know, as a solo creator, it must feel incredible. Honestly, it must feel incredible to see that on TV Being shown to millions of people around the world
30:42 During a World Cup final, Which is probably the most tuned into event In the next four years. I mean, it breaks all records every single time it happens. It's incredible, really. A solo creator, insane, exactly. A solo creator, we need to confirm how much AI was used, But having this broadcast on national TV and then watching it, Pretty damn cool, huh? So lots of ones coming in for that piece, as I'd imagined. We're not entirely sure if that was done solo. Paul is just giving me some extra notes here. Again, he just posted that he was incredibly proud That his piece was being broadcast and stuff like this. So we're going to try and confirm all we can around this piece.
31:30 Hey, we've got Kareem tuning in. He's back from the gym. I'm already giving you buzz, bruv. Let's go. Mary's saying, what's up? We've got a few more people tuning in as well. I see some people dropping into the chat. Really excited about the next coming sessions that we've got up with kavan the kid And uh gossip goblin gossips tomorrow kavan's next week Awesome timing for all this stuff huh so now we're going to get into the films and everything else we Thought is cool section this next piece is a really really nice piece and I could be it could Be uh you know an ad it's the one it's the one that paul's probably chosen first in this section
Flicker by Runway
32:19 Because it's almost like a hybrid crossover as being an ad but um it's a short film with a lamp And a past. It's imperfect and all but forgotten. And the piece is called Flicker. And it tells a story of what it means to bring light to other lives. So let's check it out.
33:16 Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm 9, 10 Without help, this magnificent creature will not survive the coming winter.
34:35 So So the voting is now open for that piece what did you think was that one awesome two okay three not For me I really really like that piece and I know that that one was made with runway and They're doing this a little bit where they're like made with runway and we need to find out a bit more About who's making these with runway it quite is quite frustrating when we don't get to attribute These to an actual person and that they just say made with runway again though I really really like This piece and we watched the watch piece um which I had go viral as a post on linkedin as well And this was also made with runway and this is a great showcase of using the tools finally to make Very good stories and good ads and hybrid crossovers and like I said this felt almost
Who actually makes Runway's films?
35:24 Like it could have been an ad for a lamp in ikea or whatever uh but you know it's um very nicely Done piece and finally we're in the era of now the tools are just no longer impressive the Technology itself it needs to be about storytelling the impressive part is how you're using it to tell Good stories and not about the technology itself anyway rant over guys I see that a lot of you Agree with me that you really like that piece I see another person tuning in from uh los angeles Caroline, welcome to the show. Thank you so much for tuning in so early in the morning. I really appreciate that. Great work there. Really, really nice work. Again, if we get more credits, who's making these at Runway?
36:11 That would be nice. I really don't like this idea that we're just giving uncredited stuff Because it's such good storytelling that the person that made these things Truly deserves the credits. So, yes, it was made with Runway, but who was it made with? By at runway or wherever that's what we need to see anyway guys let's carry on with the show so The next one we're gonna watch is called the fall and it is by joss monzoni 900 years the fire held one night it didn't so let's watch it I have seen many kingdoms. This is the story of one of them.
The Fall, Part 1 by Joss Monzoni
37:02 There was a valley once. The pigs built it, stone by stone, plank by plank. Every year, on the longest night, the elder walked the rampart and lit the old fire, And said the old words, and the gate held. Every year, at the treeline, the angry ones stood, Breath hanging in the cold like something that would not leave. Evil does not need a reason, it only needs a door. For 900 years the elder lit the fire with his own hands, And for 900 years it held, through wind, through rain, through drought. This one night, a wind came that the rampart had never known before.
37:48 He did not think to look back. In 900 years, he had never needed to. What? Yes. This is it! The pigs fought with courage. The boars were only stronger. They raised their flag in the centre of the tower. Kneel, said the one who led them, and they knelt. The elder too, the same hands that had lit the fire for 900 years, now bound in chains. All but one.
38:39 Pip, his son, slipped through a crack in the wall his father had shown him once, for the Day the worst might come. The very worst had come. Be sober. Be vigilant. The adversary He only waits for the keeper to stop watching it.
39:27 Really really really nice piece again made with c dance 2.0 suno 11 labs mid journey These were things that I've got in my producer notes as well um joss I'm hearing from the notes It looks like saying by Chuck is another gen HQ and another great dude. So there's a lot of community crossover with rocks gen HQ. Honestly, Guys, we see so much talented work coming from you guys again, Congratulations that you got top three in the art list competition that we Featured just a week ago. It's awesome to see the crossover. Honestly, I'm going to DM rock right now and say again, Featuring some of gen HQs work. It doesn't even have to come directly from gen HQ. Work that's good enough that's surfacing in our curations and you're letting us know that there's
40:16 Crossover between the communities so I love that what did you guys think about that piece the voting Is now open one you thought it was awesome two you thought it was okay three it was not for me Um sorry I should have started all of that everybody's saying gorgeous love the style Figured it was a mid-journey sref style again it would be lovely to know more notes about that If Josh is someone that we can reach out to, I really like that piece. Maybe he is deserving of coming on a creative session in the future. Let us know all of that in the comments. I thought it was just a very cool style, and I hope to see more Of these types of styles and ambition in the future. You know, a lot of people go for photo realism, But this type of style, I think, is infinitely more appealing, honestly.
41:03 And there's so many varieties of it you can choose from. So really nice look. For me, that's a definite one. And Rook will be very happy to see it get straight ones in the comments from you guys. Jordan as well, who's a very talented creator who we're featuring later on in the show. So let's keep going. The next one is by somebody who we're going to be having on as a future creator sessions. And I'm very excited. We actually worked with him all the way back in the very very early days of ai When we both collaborate collaborated with coca-cola and henry is someone that I chat to a lot In the ai space and this is another fragment of his kid o universe which he's launching
Aye Aye Captain! from Henry Daubrez's KIDD-O universe
41:55 So fragments are short stories that live between the main episodes they aren't essential to the Plot, but they do help build the lore, develop the characters, and make the universe feel alive. Thinking of them as moments that happened off the main path, small pieces of a much bigger world. So he's really thinking about the distribution of his stories and making these pieces As a strategy in order to build more love for the world. And we're here to support it, So let's check it out.
42:57 Oops. Speaking of awesome styles, we, you know, great curation by Paul to put these amazing Styles back to back like this. As I said, we're really excited about having Henry on as a future creator sessions episode And rightfully so alongside all of the, you know, incredible guests that we've got so Far. Is a straight one I love this universe that he's building I love this character I love this style I love all of it so I'm really into this and these odd kid productions I'm loving it kiddo
43:42 I love the naming I love the branding I love the strategy I love a lot of it and uh it should get More algorithmic support if you ask me if you if you said what should be featured as great stuff That's highlighted within our social media algorithms this is the type of stuff I would Surfaced to you. Unfortunately, we get a lot of the sloppy pop culture stuff that isn't really Great storytelling, but is very appealing to mass communities and stuff like that. So If you ask me, this is what should be surfaced. Sadly, I'm not the ones Pulling the strings of the algorithms. But yeah, let's keep going. Last votes coming in for those. I appreciate on LinkedIn, you guys are a little bit behind. Yeah, sorry about that.
44:28 But yeah, we've got lots and lots of stuff to get through. So let's keep going with the show. The next piece is by someone else who I really would like to have on as a creator sessions. And I'm very happy to be catching up with Diane again, when I get back down to London At the Lisbon Laura's event. Diane Laidlow is the real name of AKA Afrofuture. And this beans on toast piece that we're about to watch. This was submitted for the Director's Cup, Which is a month-long, fully online tournament. You pick your country to represent, And you make a film in under four hours, And you advance or you go home. It's a straight knockout situation,
Beans on Toast: a film made in four hours for the Director's Cup
45:14 16 nations, single elimination, one champion. The theme is your country's cuisine or literature. Chose my favorite British cuisine, which is beans on toast. So let's watch beans on toast. This town's changed. Bakery's a coffee lab now. Six pounds for something called a flat white. Flat. It's not a bloody car tyre! Money's tight. Once the bills are paid, it's usually beans on toast.
46:01 Cheap, warm, dependable. More than I can say for the number 47 bus! Baked beans arrived in Britain from America in 1886. Now you can buy them in every local shop if you're prepared to remortgage the house. During the war, food was rationed because imports were being cut off. Beans kept well, filled you up and were officially considered an essential food. My Jamaican neighbour, Mrs Campbell, has hers with hot pepper sauce, Says it gives the beans some life. Nearly sent me to the bloody afterlife.
46:48 She could have at least given me mouth-to-mouth Reciprocation. George, stop it, huh? Still, every home makes it differently. That's the clever bit. Same little meal, Different home. Again while you guys are judging that always just reminding me if you're just joining the show That piece was made in four hours as part of a competition so incredible really that you can Make something of that length and that quality in that time period but just so you guys are Judging it correctly the voting is now open one two or three I'm seeing a lot of love for futcher
47:41 Of course, you know, she's one of the best. She's one of Britain's staples, just like beans on toast. If you ask me fish and chips, beans on toast, Sunday dinner. There was a few choices. Beans on toast is a classic if you ask me. So yeah, four hours is pretty damn insane. Learn to make something like that. It just shows just how good she is, honestly, And how much she's been practicing her skills and keeping up with everything Possibility. Go Diane. We're playing Germany in the quarterfinals of the cup in 10 minutes. So she clearly won that round Germany in the quarterfinals. Hopefully it doesn't go through To a penalty shootout Danny. Cause we are knackered if it goes through a penalty shootout mate,
48:29 But you go guys, you go guys. I'm so happy for you. Let us know where you can tune into that. Um machine cinema I'm seeing some love for machine cinema as well uh I think that was made in Collaboration there it said at the end so let us know where we can tune into all of this stuff it's So cool I really like the idea of like a world cup tournament where you represent your nations And have to pick something like that and go against other nations that's hilarious What would be berlin's huh are we going against the donna kebab are we going against uh what are Going against there I'd love to know what do you guys think of the comments as well if you Represented uh germany what would be your food that you would pick to make a video about uh Against the british pretty damn funny concept if you ask me getting a lot of love for that piece
49:23 As well like I said we're really hoping to have um diane come on to a future creator sessions And so much of our content has got so much love on the show in the past. We already knew who to reach out to, truthfully. We've done like several years of this, And it's obvious who you guys' favourite are and some of our favourites as well. Super excited to have Gossip Goblin tomorrow, honestly. I don't know that he does many interviews, And so I'm very, very happy and very grateful that he's agreed To be on the live show after his premiere tomorrow on YouTube. Go check that out. Um, he's released a few teasers and stuff. We're going to be watching one later in the show. Uh, so stick around for that as well. But, um, yeah, really, really excited that he's coming onto the show on the day of his
50:11 Premiere. No, no less. So really, really excited. Getting some really cool guests. Really, really cool. Speaking of cool guests and one of the, uh, legends of the show, Dave Clark, this is, Uh one of his most ambitious pieces in fact it's actually his longest ai generated short film to Date and it is in total 21 minutes so we're only going to be watching the first five minutes of it It's called plume and uh I've been chasing this idea for years dave said and for the first time I finally had the tools to tell it the way that I had imagined to tell it so without any other Further context of what plume is let's watch the first five minutes
Plume, Dave Clark's 21-minute AI film
51:11 Somebody answer me! When I was a boy, my father used to tell me that every generation gets to ask one question, the last one couldn't. You spend your whole life preparing for moments like this. Learning to trust the math the machinery yourself but the farther you get from home The quieter all of that becomes Mission log 143 vitals normal resting heart rate 52 blood oxygen 99 muscle density holding steady
52:02 No significant physiological changes. Distance to Enceladus, approximately 218,000 kilometers. People always ask why we go, As if there's a single answer, As if curiosity isn't enough. I used to think the hardest part was leaving Earth. Turns out, leaving is easy. It's everything that keeps happening after you've gone. My boy is back home. Growing. Discovering new things in life. My wife keeps sending pictures when he loses another tooth or when he gets a good grade.
52:51 Another birthday. Another piece of the little boy I remember. By the time I get home, there'll be another version of him waiting for me. One I've never met. You already gave them 20 years. Why does it always have to be one more mission? You spend your whole life dreaming about being the one who gets picked. We may be looking at more than the components of H2O. Because it's my last one. And because I have to know the truth. I just don't want our guy growing up without his father. Mission troll, this is EV1. No one tells you distance has a cost. Dad! Please don't leave. I know. I don't want to either.
53:38 I'll be back real soon. While hoping someone is still waiting. When you finally look back. Come back! Come back! Daily mental health assessment. I'm keeping busy. Hopefully I can return from a successful mission. Mission control. Exterior breach patched. Pressure leak is sealed. Woo!
54:25 Mission control. I'm good. When we started this research mission, I was joined by Dr. Clark. And chief scientist David Yang. People think we came all this way looking for life. We didn't. We came looking for water. Back on Earth, we learned the hard way that fresh water is an infinite. What are the current plans to reverse the global water crisis? I... I don't know. A frozen moon, wrapped in ice, quietly throwing billions of gallons of fresh water into space.
55:17 Dr. Clark passed from natural causes, and Yang, while the isolation became too much. I didn't. I missed everything. Mark, stop! Stop! Minjun! No! Please! Please. Yes, this isn't really part of the report. I've been feeling lonely. Okay, that's enough for today.
56:04 Well, we left you on a bit of a cliffhanger there. As I said, that is a much longer piece, Dave's longest piece, 21 minutes in total. I really, really like it. I love the sound design. I love the music. I love the lighting. I love the character choices. And I love the buildup that we've had, you know, Considering this is a longer piece in total as well. The first five minutes was very watchable. And I'm now curious to go and watch the rest. So that's exactly what we want for this type of thing for the show. Generally speaking, on this main show, we're always going to watch five-minute excerpts of something. And more and more, you guys are making longer and longer, more ambitious pieces, which is awesome to see. But the show would have to be several hours long if we were going to watch them all in total.
Why are AI films getting longer?
56:50 So it's really great that a five-minute chunk like this can work so well as a cliffhanger, you know, The artist that one was made by dave clark for those that are asking as glenn says dave clark Still the goat now making uh really really long pieces and coming back in it's awesome to see As I said he's a legend of the show been on the show several times and he's been all throughout The journey of ai um to see his stories with this level of cinematic and lighting and stuff and And this length is awesome. It's just seeing the graduation is so cool. Okay, so let's keep going, guys. We are plowing through them, I appreciate this week,
57:37 Which is probably because I've got no Andrew, you know, To sit and have a chat with. So Jimmy's also saying they're worth watching till the end. A great climax. Again, it was a great teaser for that five minutes. I thought we ended at a really nice little bit of a cliffhanger there. Where, yeah, you know, if that's your type of story, Go and watch the rest of it. Like, even rewatch the first five minutes, Just to really suck yourself back in And, you know, fully watch the video end to end. Let's keep going. Anyway, so the next piece is by someone That we're going to be having on On our creative sessions next Monday. Super excited to see that Kavan the Kid Has come out with a new Chronicles of Bone,
The Chronicles of Bone, Chapter Three by Kavan the Kid
58:23 Nightmare Below. Again, this is a full 20 minute piece that he's got here and we're just going to Be showing the first five minutes as a bit of a teaser. So following the events of chapter two, The collector is driven by a single mission, all out war against the Mordane Empire. As Robin Hood Prepares Jackal for the road ahead, Captain Hook arrives at Dead Man's Bay, unaware that a So yeah, as I said, we're having Kavan the Kid on a creator sessions on the 27th of July. Super excited and get your questions ready for Kavan about this piece that we're about to watch And go and watch the rest of it as well after the show.
59:08 And let's watch it. So
1:00:06 I'm sorry.
1:01:58 Oh, my God. Oh, my God. I'm sorry.
1:03:11 I'm sorry.
1:04:00 You just missed that last one. Doesn't matter. You said I could go on the next Liberation. You promised. Did I say that? The boy's been hurling daggers and launching arrows long before the sunrise. At this rate, he'll either become a legend or accidentally pin little John to the rocks. Isn't it crazy, guys, that this is where we come to you, truthfully? This is pre-Sea Dance 2.5, obviously, which may make another jump in physics, And 32nd generations could lead me to new scenes and stuff but the polling is now open for that Piece what did you think one awesome two okay three not for me as I said that is a much longer
1:04:50 Piece it's chapter three it's a 20 minute piece we only showed five minutes so go watch the rest This world he's built with the characters and the sound design it's just become more and more epic As Jimmy said earlier, it's, oh, actually, it was Brandfire Studios. The color contrasting, the lighting, the water physics, the soundtrack, the sound effects. It's pretty much perfection. It's pretty damn amazing to see it, truthfully. So, yeah, really, really excited to have him on as a creative session guest. Super, super inspiring. Caban the kid got to meet him too in person uh which was really really nice at upscale Yeah really really exciting times and this series that he's made is incredibly popular on youtube
1:05:40 And crushing it via the numbers it's super exciting to see those numbers for this type of storytelling Seeing a lot of people agree with it as well and that's super interesting right because It's not for everyone this type of stuff and yet it's just we can all appreciate it I think as Creators of how awesome it looks like it's just incredible where we are now truthfully like this Type of physics this type of camera angle this type of character this continuity this lighting The water physics running off his hat none of it was even possible a few months ago and now Suddenly we're in this era where we all strive for it and yet it's only been within weeks and Few notes that this is even something that's possible so we're stepping into new territories
1:06:28 Here and it is really exciting to see let's keep going so what else do we have for you guys uh oh This next piece now this piece is I'm going to give a lot of context behind because there's been A lot of discussion about it online truthfully and I'd love to hear what you guys have heard about it What you think about it. But let me give you some more context. So the project is called Nightborne And it is by Neil Blaumkamp, who is the director of District 9 and Asylum. So he's a big director. He's using AI. This is his first release from Bali Studios, which is a new AI film studio that
NIGHTBORNE by Neill Blomkamp, shown in full
1:07:15 Neil has set up basically every single frame was generated with c dance 2.0 but it was shot by neil Through prompts the characters on screen carry the faces and voices of 32 real people which were Photograph which were photographed and the real voice recordings were used under like likeness Agreements. It's concept art by human artists. Now we don't usually show like a full 13 minute Piece. Like I've just been saying, we usually show five minute pieces from each one, but this Is a bit of a different piece that we're going to show here. So we are going to show the full 13 Minutes. So strap in guys, but with all of that context, I'd love to see some discussion going on
1:08:06 In the chat a if you know this director b if you've seen this what you think about it and with All of the context of it using 32 real people as well let's check it out Like I've covered some shit in my career but this is beyond anything this is beyond black ops This is the worst? Yeah, this is the fucking worst. Three weeks ago, drives started arriving. No name, no note, just files. The first batch looked like nothing. Surgical logs, procurement, casualty paperwork, dry stuff.
1:08:52 Then one name on two documents, killed in action in March, On an operating table in August, the same man. I thought, clerical error. Then the recordings. 60 hours of a senior scientist talking to a camera. And that's when the documents stopped being paperwork and started being what they are. We are ready now. Why does the Army want this? Simple. What ends American wars? Not the enemy. Dead soldiers on the news. Coffins come home, the public turns, the war ends
1:09:43 When you have finished recording, you may hang up or press one for more options Hey, it's me You're probably out with Sam by now I just wanted to leave you something before I go up Stupid I just wish I was home, 3am here, but I miss you Kiss that little gorgeous nugget for me Last night, one of our convoys got ambushed at the river crossing. Two soldiers hit. Ramos isn't going to make it. Shit, he was on Johnson's team. He's like 23. You're going up, insurgent hunting. Last night, they came out to do this. Now they're in the open, running east along the river with nowhere to hide. First clear shot we've had, and it's gone by sunrise.
1:10:30 Questions? No, sir. You look like hell, chief. Yeah, maybe, but you actually smell like shit. When did you last shower? This is a combat zone, not a spa. You get the full picture in there? Our guys got hit last night by the river. Hollis! Too wounded. Hollis, you still owe me 40 bucks from the fight. Put it on my tab, Crapes. Your tab's longer than my deployment. Number one coming up. Good. You cried about that engine for a week. I raised a concern. You cried like a little bitch. Conco Base, Aero 24, flight of two, request departure south. Aero 24, Conco Base, winds 270 at 8. No traffic, cleared to depart.
1:11:37 Aero 24, Darkstar. Cleared into the box. Weapons free. Hunting. Report tally. Darkstar, I'm just scanning the terrain here. I have some technicals ahead. Over. Aero 24, you are cleared hot. Come on, come on! Come on, come on! I've got need goals moving east. Jagger 36 confirmed, that's them. Cleared hot.
1:12:23 Guns up, coming left. Splash 1, seconds breaking west, hellfire Good impact, 2 down, area clear RTV, route Bravo I've got heat. Missile inbound, deploying flares. Jesus Christ. I've been tails on, nay day arrow 24 going down.
1:13:11 I've been tails on, nay day arrow 24 going down. I've been tails on, nay day arrow 24 going down. I've been tails on, nay day arrow 24 going down. I've been tails on, nay day arrow 24 going down. I've been tails on, nay day arrow 24 going down. I've been tails on, nay day arrow 24 going down. I've been tails on, no. I've been tails on, no. J.A.O. 24 destroyed! Jolly 51 flight, Darkstar. Reboard current tasking. Fallen Angel, Fallen Angel. Darkstar, Jolly 51, we got it. Coming about now. Y'all tell them to hang on. We're eight minutes out. Okay, shut us down. We can get to them. Apache down. Pilot and co-pilot wounded, possibly KIA. Runner, runner! Move her to the wreck!
1:13:58 Watch the rounds! Ammo's cooking! Oh, man, this co-pilot is dead. Copy. Get her out. Move fast. We're bleeding fuel and we have hostiles coming. Be advised, multiple technicals moving your direction from the northeast. Estimated three to four vehicles mounted heavy weapons. I think your neck is broken. Let's secure her! Let's go, man! Take it fire! We need to drive! Guns, guns! Right side! Engage! We're clear. Let's get the fuck out of here! I'm getting too old for this bullshit! Hey, what's wrong? She's my buddy's wife. Oh, shit. Well, I think she's gonna make it, so that's good.
1:14:44 How long to base? 15 mics. This is Chief Warnet Officer Raiden Hollis, 34. Helicopter pilot shot down two hours ago. Fractured cervical spine. Collapsed lung. Mind her neck. The brain's still getting blood. That's the only window we get. She's still profusing. GCS 3. Shears, get the suit off. All of it. Her file says killed in action. Certificate's already filed. Correct it was a post crash fire her remains were unrecoverable that's the record understand yes ma'am Ct's up just came off the table show me the brain stem and the c-spine
1:15:30 Any bleed at the base midline slipped small frontal bleed base is clean Make sure her family gets this okay this is the control implant it seats at the brain stem Right where the brain meets the spine easy easy gentle
1:16:16 That's the product. A soldier that costs nothing to lose. I want to know what actually happened to my wife. A friend came to see me. He was on the rescue that night. He told me she was alive when they pulled her out of that cockpit. Tell you with certainty that your friend is mistaken. Nate, what's really going on? This is about the fact that my wife didn't die the way you all say she did. That's what This is about! The army wanted no residual self, no sense of who or what they were before.
1:17:07 A total wipe. Do you remember your name? Your name is Regan Hollis? Do you remember that? Raise your left arm. Good. Now the other one. It took me three weeks to say the sentence out loud. They are building zombies. And the raw material is their own soldiers.
1:17:57 I've seen the surgical orders. Some of them were modified further. This isn't a soldier anymore. It's a killing machine. I don't like transporting these fucking things, man. Sooner they're off my bud, the happier I am. Before they tuned whatever they tuned, compliance they called it. Every one of those things got two escorts. Special ops guys, one on each arm. So now, yeah, they walk on single file, one handler per 20. Easy day. Keep them moving.
1:18:44 The testing, that's the desert. Restricted airspace, the kind of proving ground where nothing is ever seen. So to test them against one another? Yeah, yeah, exactly. That's where the selection happens, the part of the tapes I still can't watch. Look, man, I don't know what information you want. We've been instructed to test these things to the breaking point. And that means make them fight one another. Delta team, do you copy? We are hot! We are hot!
1:19:35 We select for excellence. The most disciplined, most trained, most dedicated soldiers made the finest products. Turns out you can push them fucking far. Mom! I missed you!
Is Hollywood finally embracing AI?
1:20:49 Wow like I said we don't usually watch a whole piece like that the polling is now open what did Think one two or three me and paul were having a little bit of back and forth discussion in whatsapp Just saying you can really tell that a big director is now using tools that we've been Playing around with because it's quite obvious you know um district nine is like a cult classic Absolute amazing incredible film and now that this director is using the tools that we've been using You can really see just how epic they can be. And honestly, him, Darren Aronofsky, And a few other big, big directors
1:21:35 That are getting involved in the AI space now Are going to be very exciting to watch, truthfully, Because of all of this stuff that they're now realizing That we can do these things. I think we've reached a tipping point Where the tools are now incredible enough Can be produced and so they will. So we're seeing quite a lot of ones coming in. Few people not so sure about that one, but again, for me, me and Paul, We're just discussing, wow, you know, really new bars, Really incredible next level stuff. That's all of my thoughts about it. I'm pretty sure that Andrew would have said the same and I'm going to be Sending him this part.
1:22:20 But yes It's Yes it's incredible to see This level of stuff Truthfully we're in new Era guys I truly Believe that I think that the middle of This year and beyond Towards the end of the year we're going to see some Really really next level stuff As and when C-Dance comes out With the new models and stuff like this To take things to a new level This will persuade more and more of the big directors To come in and truly have a go like we're seeing with this piece a new era caroline agrees with me New era an eater agrees with me too so as I said that was a bit of a a random one for us we don't Generally watch and pull even had to chop it into two clips if you noticed uh something so long
1:23:10 Because treemeyard doesn't even generally like us uploading something that long it makes it a bit Laggy so we did our best to sort of sandwich two clips back to back there so we could watch the Minute piece so thanks for putting up with that with us guys breathtaking says caroline indeed That's how I felt during it actually I was like wow so let's keep going as I said more and more Of these pieces are becoming longer and longer and it's because of the tools and it's epic to See this next piece is also a 22 minute piece and we're just going to show the first five minutes Of it it's called other side by leon l aton and it is a new wonder original so we've been following
Otherside by Lion El Aton for Wonder Studios
1:23:56 All of the wonder originals and I'm really excited to be going down to the church and working with Wonder in the future actually when I'm going down in london so great to see this happening this one Is in a future where human and demon realms have become intertwined two agents working for the Are drawn into a brutal conspiracy that threatens the fragile peace between both worlds. Let's check it out.
1:25:07 I'll distract it. You just play dead. I won't have to play soon. It's here. Live.
1:26:09 Ash, you okay? Be nice to your new partner. You don't even know who it is yet. Be nice.
1:27:03 I don't want to do that thing where we both act like assholes because neither one of us wants a new partner, so can we just skip that? What's your name? B-A-E-L No, I know that. Your first name. You couldn't pronounce it. What's hell like? It's just a place. It's hot.
1:27:48 Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha I'm out.
1:29:08 No! As I say we're leaving out on a bit of a cliffhanger there again guys it's a 22 minute piece That was just the first five minutes what did you think of that piece the polling is now open One awesome two okay three not for me I thought that was a one I really really liked it um the Thing mary's comments were hilarious about calling hr on some of the shots mary you always leave the
1:29:55 Funniest comments thank you we appreciate it me and paul get a good laugh so what did you guys Think getting one one ones getting some twos some threes again it's like uh you know not everyone Watches anime not everyone watches this style of thing I don't watch anime but I really appreciated You do. And I really, I love seeing people use tools like this, where you just dropped into a World, the world looks so continuous, the characters work and everything like that. So really, really Cool to see. I wonder what Andrew would have thought about this piece, honestly. I'm curious To know what Andrew thinks about this type of content, whether it's more up history, You know, it's interesting to see from you guys as well.
1:30:42 All right let's keep the voting open for those last ones on linkedin just coming in because we Know there's a little bit of a delay there okay so we're going to watch another epic piece next Last few votes coming in here This next piece is five minutes 51 seconds and it's called burnout frequency is by frederick A altman it took the first five pages of my post pop I took the first five pages of my post Apocalyptic action adventure screenplay and turn them into a short film it's actually a love letter
BURNOUT FREQUENCY by Fredric A Altman
1:31:27 To Indiana Jones and Mad Max. So let's check it out. I'm sorry.
1:32:29 Site 84D, pre-burn ed, facility FEMA retro fit. Interior still smells like melted plastic and old books. Air tastes like pennies. If you're hearing this, don't come in without a mask. FEMA used these as learning hubs. Emergency education. Keep the kids calm. Keep the parents useful. Just gave the fire more to burn. 103's a blast.
1:33:15 Heading east to the- Shit. I don't know.
1:34:21 Come on. Check the East Rooms. Bike out front was a solo. Somebody's already digging. Hope she's pretty. Last pretty one took a chunk of your ear with her teeth. Worth it.
1:35:20 I don't know. Over here! She's running!
1:36:55 Holy shit. So So the voting's now open. What did you think to that one? One, awesome, two, Okay, not three, not for me. We found that piece through LinkedIn. So it was really cool to see that piece put through LinkedIn. As I said,
1:37:41 Like it was clearly a love letter to Indiana Jones and Mad Max. You could see a lot of the influences there. But yeah, really, Really interesting. And yeah, Like just so much difference is happening. Um, So many different things that we're showing on the show, So many different things that we're finding in our feeds. That was amazing says Joe, uh, Good to see some LinkedIn people tuning in fantastic productions in that one. Uh, it did very well in LinkedIn. I noticed, uh, which was again, Good to see. It's good to see people being able to publish these types of things through a And it performing well. Simon Mayer and others will tell you this is one of the best places
1:38:28 To publish these types of things, actually, currently. Getting some last-minute votes coming through here. Some late ones coming in. A woman lead, says Anita. Yes, indeed. I really like some of the character design there, Really unique characters, especially this character with, like, A thing that highlighted his eyes. Interesting stuff. There I thought another one just came in really really cool cinematic stuff character design well Pulled off good music good editing definitely I think it would have been in the one category for Me as well would be nice to show behind the scenes as it's difficult to understand you know creative
Should every AI film come with a behind-the-scenes?
1:39:14 Drive budgets behind all of these pieces yes I see we do always try and see behind the scenes Whenever we have them and honestly whenever a piece goes viral we think that you definitely Should make one it's a great follow-up for your piece um so yes I agree I agree indeed so last vote in coming in Let's keep going okay so what have we got left we've got 15 minutes left of the show And I think that we have a few more pieces left to show so looks like we're about on time Missing andrew of course and all of his little uh integers about what he thought little things That he picked up on he's he's so interested in the details I saw a few of the comments earlier
1:40:03 What andrew thought about this piece uh I'm missing it as well So um missing the name of the director the last piece was by frederick a altman burnout frequency And all of that will be available on our luma newsletter so make sure that you sign up luma.com Forward slash the ai live show and you'll get the newsletter with all of the links and everything I'm seeing Anita asking as well. Getting some cool comments in here so it must be really nice to see jordan um really like the color Shifts obviously jimmy had the best comment uh 21st century train spotting uh brilliant I saw some uh Fiction uh you know influence in there as well I love the character design and the posters that
1:46:54 You showed as well for the design of all of that so really nice overall thinking about character Design and use of colors and music and lighting and really really nice really different as well You know just a different piece lots and lots of uh votes are coming in I should have said the Voting is now open one two or three what did you think of that one awesome two okay not for me three Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa says glenn one I shouldn't read out your votes I'm sorry but yeah really cool Really really cool and again thank you for your patience uh I know that you've submitted several Times to the show and you stuck around so long in the show to have your piece on the show and And we're really glad that you did and that you stuck with us because we've been seeing it and we just had a big backlog.
1:47:46 And then I was traveling for a bit and now you're on the show. And look, all of the ones coming in. It's awesome to see. Really, really cool color palettes, as people are saying. Really, really nice. Really cool piece. So, yeah, let us know any more details that you're willing about, you know, how it was made. What else that people should know about that piece? As we go on to the next piece. Obviously CapCut gave you some partnership there. Yes, I appreciate you too, man. Yeah, and thanks again. Yeah, anything else that you've got to let the audience know, I'm sure that they'll have a lot of questions. If you would like to see Jordan On a future creator sessions, let us know. Wait for the fucking signal. Wretched and unworthy children of the god King's grace!
1:50:09 Seraphic! Our lord has tested every place this world dare offer. Yet under still, we have summoned the most energetic light. Unleash them! Orbe Grenade! So, you bailed early there. It'd be a damn scandal if I expired here. Oh, I'm so excited to have him on the show. It's a rare occasion that we get to have someone That's such an amazing world builder on the show and one of the most popular AI creators in the
1:50:55 Space with millions and millions and millions of views on these videos I've got so many questions And I'm sure andrew does too about like the british accents and the world that he's built And where he's using instagram and where he's using youtube and uh all of this and so really Really excited and you guys need to check out the premiere tomorrow on youtube for pomegranate like I said we're going to be there as well andrew me and paul will all be there at the premiere and then Having him on the show a few hours later so get your questions ready we're all going to watch it Live for the first time he's not giving us any sort of like here's the you know what you're going To watch and everything we're going to be there watching it with you guys live experiencing it as
1:51:41 The new publishing you know this is really interesting to see using his youtube channel With over a million subscribers to publish his films. So it's really, really interesting And can't wait for you guys to all be there tomorrow. You'll likely see a lot of new faces there tomorrow with us, Getting a lot of ones coming in. I didn't even announce that the poll was open, But yeah, the poll is open for that piece. Amazing world building, just next level. Really, so many questions And I know that he doesn't do as many interviews, So we really really appreciate him coming on the show fresh way to publish and I dig it as well Mary it is a new era as I said earlier it may sound like uh you know cliche thing to say but
Is self-publishing the future for AI filmmakers?
1:52:31 When we're seeing really big directors getting involved and we're seeing self-published YouTube Channels with over a million subscribers they're doing purely AI generated world building it's hard It's not a new era and that self-publishing and other things will be playing a much bigger role In the future I believe I think that discord and other things that they're already utilizing plus Patreon plus a lot of the actual world models that are coming out will all create this universe where Creators can monetize through various channels and be separate from big publishing and other Things like that so it's very interesting and uh very here to support it I think we have one or two more pieces.
The Biblical Experience by Samyaza Speaks
1:53:18 I think maybe just one more piece. Last one, I'm being told by Paul. So this one, I've just got the note for. It is The Biblical Experience by Sam Yaser Speaks. The music is Holy Place by Bennett. We found this one on X. Let's check it out.
